The color of the pendants was not the color as shown on my computer screen. The color showed a pinkish color. On my daughter's computer it showed up as a cream color. The color of the glass was actually very white, so I returned the pendants. My refund was prompt, and I got a full refund. You did not even deduct the $10.00 handling fee. I called your company to ask a question about the return and got very courteous service. So, I am satisfied with the transaction.

If I hadn't seen this model elsewhere, I would not have considered it -- and paid more at the other website. 1. - all the pictures are too small. 2. the item arrived much SOONER than I expected. 3. the variety and prices were very good. 4. the website is very user friendly.
