Simple and thorough, but the website for ordering was a bit hard to navigate in browsing through lists. When clicking the arrow to advance through the options, you are directed to the bottom of the page, instead of the top - it was a bit irksome.

Ordered two bottles of the Ionil T shampoo. One of the caps were not on very tight and a minor leak occured during shipment. Other than that this was a pleasant experience.

I like Dermadoctor products but get frustrated with all of the exclusions when they offer a special discount. Rarely is it ever good on dermadoctor branded items.
