I have a computer that is currently still under warranty. I was on hold 3 times for over 1 hour trying to reach someone at Dell that could assist me. Each time I was disconnected with the person I was talking with. The service you give on the phone is absolutely horrible - I will never use Dell again. I have not received the order I placed so I do not know if it is the correct item or not. You however have received payment for it.

There was a $35.00 price discrepency that still has not been resolved. It was easy to order but trying to fix the problem is next to impossible. It has left me with a sense of distrust with Dell and would not order on-line with them again even though as a company we are evaluating all of our computer needs currently.

I found what I needed, ordered the items, completed the transaction and was through in just a few minutes.

I did not recieve the item at the advertised price. The on-line process did not honor the price because I was using a pre-paid credit/debit card. I called and was told I could use an on-line coupon that would give me almost as good a price. I then went through the order process on the phone with the coupon, and was told I could not use the coupon as it "expired 4 days ago." As the first person I talked with guaranteed me the coupon price, I asked to talk with the phone clerk's supervisor. The clerk became defensive and argumentative and tried to keep me from talking to the supervisor. I had to say "I want to talk to your supervisor" at least 4 times before being connected. The supervisor was polite and took care of the problem. I wound up paying about $10.00 more than the advertised price, and the behavior of the phone clerk was unacceptable. I also had some problems dealing with the language barrier.

I am having big problems with Dell's Finance Department they have taken more that hundred dollars out of my bank account in November. I have a monthly aggrement with them for a 25.00 automatic withdrawl. I cannot reach anybody who speaks or understands English well enough to help stop the weekly bleeding of my bank account.

The wrong part was shipped. Credit to Dell for not requiring I send it back, but I also called sales support.. sent an image email of the part I needed.. got disconnected while the sales guy checked the image and checked parts stock.. and somehow there is no trace of my calling in and someone else wants me to start the whole painful process again. The fact that Dell made a card that requires a special product that can't be bought in regular stores is piss poor. The government should tax the hell out of Dell for outsourcing sales/support/etc to India. I will NEVER EVER purchase a Dell product nor will I recommend others do so.

Got everything done with their easy to use and informative web site. Great purchase experience. Would like for the shipper to have more information in their tracking tool, but they were very courteous and efficient in their contact and we knew right when the TV would arrive. I will definitely be buying from Dell again in the future.

I puchased the 17", when we got it, it was too big, so we ordered the 15" and sent the 17" back. Everyone I talked to was EXTREMELY helpful & very nice. Each computer arrived very quickly, much sooner than I expected it to arrive. I was very happy.

The prices are inordinately high for accessories. Would not buy here except that I had a coupon, usable only at Dell, for almost the full amount of the purchase.

Unfortunately, Dell has very poor distribution for its printer ink cartridges, compelling one to buy the cartridges directly from Dell. The Dell website is cumbersome, poorly organized and relatively unresponsive. This is doubly annoying since the Dell printer I own is second-rate. Would definitely not recommend Dell printers!

The only problem I had with this purchase was on the web site when I was ordering. It was very confusing and I had two of the same item on order before I finally got it straightened out. The remainer of the process went fine and I received my order in three days from the time of order.

I went into the store to replace a printer that quit working. I saw the lap top and bought it - as well as the printer. I have a Dell Dimension 8300 computer that I purchased directly from Dell and have been happy with it -- in fact, this lap top is my third Dell computer (my first laptop). I will need help learning this Windows 7. I love my XP on my regular computer.

Yes I will shop here again because you're the only one I can purchase this product. I wish you had the PK numbers on the merchandise for cartridges on your site. The guys gave me the PK number and I had to go back and get the printer number.
