They were very easy to deal with. One of the items shipped was incorrect, but it was taken care of immediately, and I was able to speak to someone who could help me right away. I am very happy with DEI, and would look forward to ordering form them again in the future!

I ordered a food carrier and I selected the wrong accessory, someone from customer service call me promptly before processing the order and changed it for me. what i liked the most is that the person that helped me spent time with me on the phone explaining all the options, you don't get good customer service for online purchases that often!

Very desapointed, I received a deferent item than the one described on the internet, now I have to return it or exchange it if they are willing to send me the right item.

Although in the end, the product was not the ideal fit for my needs, the DEI rep was very helpful via email in helping me assess the product. When it became clear I wasn't sure, he sent a free sample of the product so I could test it in my classroom. While it was functional for my needs, it was not as ideal as I would have liked. When informed, the rep apologized for it not being the best fit, told me to keep the sample, and was exceptionally professional. If I had a need for their products in the future, I would definitely revisit DEI.

I've been looking for a Cambro part for quite a while and I found it here. The parts diagram were awesome, I added the part to the shopping cart, calculated the shipping charges and it was done. Nice Site

Sales personnel are very knowledgable, patient, and courteous.

Excellent service. They tracked the package for me and notified me when it had shipped and when I would receive the items. I need the items for a conference that we were doing in Sedona. They kept on top of the order and they made sure that the containers were delivered on time. DEI were very easy to work with and did an outstanding job in expediting the order for me. They were also very easy to reach by telephone and answered all of the questions that I had.

The process was very easy and the shipping was very fast. What you see is what you get, great product quality.
