the merchant that was select send poor poor product.one item that was received had a rip seam on the state quarter folder. I am not happy about this at all,because it was qoing to be a xmas gift. now i got to pay to sent it back! there is no phone number to call customer service. what is the next step to handle this matter. please reply asap!

I cannot really answer this survey because my orders have to go through Customs, which can take several days and even a few weeks. Neither I nor Deep Discount have control over this process. All I can say is that my orders are usually shipped within a couple of days of ordering if the items are in stock. But after that it's all dependent upon how quickly the orders can clear Customs.

Ordered both cd's and only one arrived. Back order for the other one.. Out of stock they claimed.

This was my second purchase and I only had one minor problem. The case to one of the DVD's came broken (most likely through mail handling) but the DVD was not harmed, so it was no big deal--and no need to return it as the case is easily replaceable. I also received the DVD's several days before the estimated time of arrival. Also excellent with Deep Discount is that they ship virtually the day after the order is placed! Deep Discount's prices are the lowest I've seen and the free shipping makes the purcase an even better bargain. Will definitely purcahse from them again when I see something that I want.

My go to place for new, cheaper videos, have always had a good experience with this site. The only thing I don't like is you can't track orders with them.

they have finally improved the mailers so there wasnt no damage which has been a constant problem for way too long.. and getting replacement has been a hassel... I hope the improvements last.... but yes I do have concerns

DeepDiscount has had most of the DVDs I've wanted and delivery is always prompt. I've never needed to contact customer service as my orders have never had a problem. Back orders a couple of times but they kept me informed and provided the DVDs fairly quickly.

THis item was available in stores like target and best buy on wednesday 10/28/09 and yet it is still showing as a pre order on this site and still has not shipped

When I received my order, the CD inside and packing slip were someone else's order. The packaging was just a plastic mailing bag with a thin plastic tray for packing, similar to what you would find in a box of chocolates. The front of the CD case was cracked (no wonder). I called, explained the situation, received a return authorization, and mailed the order back. I was shipped the correct item, in a cardboard CD box, in a timely manner.

There should be a phone number with customer service for those of us who have questions to ask

They at first said it would only take two days for delivery when it takes up to fifteen days. They should tell the truth up front so we don't worry that some thing has happened to our orders.
