This only the second time in 4 years that I had a problem with a shipment and neither of them were due to Deep Surplus. The problem was with FedEx. No problems with Deep Surplus at all. Great company to do business with. Very happy with them.

Cheap prices means cheap customer service...but not here. Been very impressed with their online checkout, phone receptionist, etc. Received everything quickly and exactly as described. I'm now a returning customer and refer others to this site.

Their second-day shipping has been incredibly affordable and convenient, and they ship almost immediately.
They always seem to have everything I need in stock--regardless of quantity or any product specifics from their huge selection.
Their products are of great quality and I find their prices are extremely affordable.
