I was very disappointed that the item took soooooo long to get to me. If I had know the estimated delivery on their site was not correct I would have ordered it through amazon and had it long before now. Poor business practice Dark Desire!

I find although they have what i want it may take a month or more to receive

Good merchant on my first order....would reorder if price and shipping is competively priced.

I placed the order online 3/28 not until 4/6 did i receive an email stating that it had been shipped. on 4/7 i used the tracking # given and USPS showed that they had only received electronic notification but had not received the package. then one of the bottles was delivered with a broken pump. overall the order took too long to fulfill, not for shipping and i received damaged product

I would shop from Dark Desire Lotions again. Once my order was ready it was shipped right away and I received it in good time. The products were in great condition. I found the customer service helpful too.

Overall, this site offers excellent deals on Tanning supplies and lotions. The shipping was very slow compared to what was advertised, but when I inquired about this issue, the customer service representatives for the site were very fast to respond and explain the delay. I would definitely use the site again for any future tanning supply needs. Excellent overall.

I enjoyed shopping here but I wish i could got the products faster

I have yet to receive my items because they are supposedly waiting for the manufacturer to send them the product. They took my money before completing my order which I think is wrong if you do not have the products to send. I will have to cancel my order if they do not send it soon.

I did not receive my product so I emailed Dark Desire and they emailed me back in a very timely manner, explaining what had happened and they were very willing to do whatever I wanted as far as refunding my money or waiting to see if my order would be available. I did end up having them refund my money which they did immediatly. Great Customer Service. I will order again at another time from them.

I found my lotion right away, it was cheap, and I was able to get it within a few days. It worked perfectly.

I left repeated phone messages and no call's back. Several emails and finally got a response. My order was over a month and a half to fill. Never on the site did it state that these items were on back order. This was for Christmas presents and I ordered over 2 weeks in advance. Never had a problem ordering the same items with another site. Went back to using them. They fill the order in a day and out in the mail it goes. Less then 5 days I have my product.

Still havn't got the product almost a month no response I've called and left a message nothing back emailed them 3 times no response. Ordered the first time and I got it real late. I will never order from this company again. I was billed on the 5th of nov. 2009 and no one ever called or emailed me back about nothing.

Great product, great price but, not worth the bother. My order was made June 24, didnt recieve until July 22. And that was after I e-mailed them to complain.
