I can't say enough about this store. I've been a regular customer for going on 20 years (back before they even had a 1-800 number and didn't sell music). It's an amazing company - great selection of remainder books, CDs, and ephemera, and their customer service is terrific! I've ordered from them while living in the US, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, and Thailand and have never had a problem. Just this year I placed a $400+ order of books for my classroom library. One box of books didn't arrive. I called Daedalus, and they replaced the ENTIRE box with absolutely no hassles. I challenge any other book seller on the web to match that customer service!
