GREAT COMPANY!!  I ordered MUI electric salt & pepper grinder.  The salt works great but the pepper started making weird noise after 2nd use and then quit working.  I sent an email to the company and received a personal phone call within 2 hours.  They quickly sent a new pepper grinder for no charge.  The customer service woman was very nice and helpful.   I think CutleryAndMore is great and will gladly buy from them again.

Ordered a set of 4 Le Creuset soup bowls, but one arrived broken (the packaging was a bit skimpy) - emailed CutleryAndMore.com support, sent a photo of the damaged item and Vicki contacted Le Creuset immediately to have them ship a replacement. i was very satisfied by the response, great support.

I purchased a Staub 7 qt oval dutch oven.  I ordered it over the phone since I am from Canada and I was shipping it to Florida.  The  order was received in great time with a tracking number. The item was the best price out there and it was packed wonderfully with no damage at all. The color on the website matched the actual item perfectly.  Overall, I was very happy with entire Cutlery and More buying experience and would have no trouble recommending them.

found what I was looking for online quickly. received delivered merchandise sooner than expected. love the product, sharing with others.

The only negative was that I purchased a magnetic knife block.It is built on a curve. The site says it holds 10 knives and that the only manufacturer that it does not accommodate is the Shen Reserve. I found the magnets to be to weak or poorly placed as the block curves downward. Even my paring knife was drooping to the counter top. Want to note that my French made knife could not be supported unless it was placed straight up and down at the top of the block. This space was needed for my 9"&8" blades, therefore my 7" French blade had to remain in the drawer. It is a beautiful product but please pass this info on to Messermeister, so they have the opportunity to correct this in future production.

Cutlery and More were fantastic with my order. One of the knives came with a crack in the handle. After contacting customer service, everything was handled fast and exceptionally well. I would have to rate their customer service as top notch. A great experience with Cutlery and More and I will definately buy from them again!!!

I had been looking for a new tea kettle for some time.  I found the quality and design I wanted at CutleryAndMore.com.  I called in a question to customer service, who contacted the company and called me back promptly.  I placed the order and received notice that it had shipped the same day.  I received the item the next day.  The shipping was very reasonable.  When I received the item, it was even better than I expected.  I had despaired of finding that kind of quality anywhere.  The price was so much better on this site than on others.

I stumbled upon CutleryAndMore by accident doing an internet research on where I could find this particular baking pan at the lowest price.  I am not one to shop at an unknown site so I ordered just one (I will be ordering more).  I received confirmation within a day and my order arrived just a few days later and I totally did not expect that! And the quality of my pan is excellent--honestly, I could not nor would I expect such outstanding customer service and product!

We attempted to place an order on their website but received an error message that our order did not go through and we should try again later.  Following the directions provided in the error message we tried our order again later.  Ultimately we received a double shipment.  When we spoke with customer service they treated us with disrespect and explained that the double order was our fault, when in fact we had followed the instructions provided by their website.  Customer service proceeded to explain that they would do us a "favor" and send a shipping label to return the extra shipment and would credit us for the cost of the items and original shipping.  Well they failed to follow through and did not credit our account the full amount.  We our honest customers with integrity and don't appreciate being treated like imbeciles and lied to.

I can highly recommend Cutlery and More as a reliable online store. I have made 2 purchases from them and they were both received well packed and in perfect condition. I live in Australia and both orders were delivered to me from the USA in 4 days, I am still amazed by this service. This is a customer service dream come true. They impressed me and I didn't even have an issue. There emails were incredibly concise and informative. There website "contact us" was equally informative. They go above and beyond the call of duty. While most companies hide behind email and voicemail CAM gets you on the phone with a human. What's more? While I was on hold waiting to tell them how impressed I was (they didn't know that at the time) they came back on the line personally to see if I wanted to leave a message or continue to hold. I wish this place sold everything I'll ever need. Incredible... Oh and for the record I am the purchasing director for a large company so I get the "joy" of dealing with worthless customer service daily. So I know a diamond when I see one. Trust me… by here… period.
