I will never order from Current Catalog again. I placed an order on 12/14/2006 and got confirmation that it was sent on 12/19/2006. On 12/29/2006, I emailed customer service because I had not received my order, but my credit card had been charged. I received a response 3 DAYS LATER saying I needed to wait at least 14 days, but possibly as many as 21 days to receive my order. I waited until 1/10/2007 and emailed AGAIN when I still had not received my order. I finally received a response today (again 3 days later) saying that they were sorry the item was missing from my order (I didn't receive ANY order) and they would refund my money since the item was discontinued! I am not happy with delivery speed (HORRIBLE), customer service (not timely), and they have NO order tracking whatsoever.
