Will shop at Wayfair again.

All my shopping experiences with Wayfair have been wonderful!

I have purchased many things from wayfair and always had an excellent experience with them. It is my favourite online retailer.

not sure which order this is for. I ordered a comforter set and was informed it was discontinued. I ordered another set and I am still waiting on that. I did receive the curtain rods, one set of curtains, and the sheet set I ordered. Also still waiting on another curtain set. So far, I have been completely satisfied with Wayfair.

Only sent one of two of the items. First set shipped on the 7th of May. Second set may not arrive until the 30th. Called to see why they weren't expediting the second unit because it was their mistake. Got attitude from Girl in customer service. I asked for her manager and she said that the manager would only tell me the same thing. Manager was very nice and understood the situation.

Product met my expectation

Service was great, but the quality of the item I purchased was beyond poor. As a result I had to pay high shipping costs, so I lost over a third of the funds I originally paid. Since this retailer sells such poor quality goods, I will not be ordering from them again.

I oreder two chair was was defected but another one was shipped out and I received it within three day. I would order other products from this company.

The product arrived damaged, but the replacement part was sent out right away, and arrived in great shape.

There is a very nice selection and the prices are very good. When I need certain types of products, I will continue to shop for them at Wayfair.

Almost returned the set as two of the pans had minor cosmetic flaws in the finish as if they had been repackaged, possibly, after being opened. However, the blemishes were minor and I decided to keep the set. The hard anodized coating seems to have been rubbed off of a very small portion of the rims of both skillets. Since I don't consider that area a cooking surface I decided not to contest the purchase and ask for an exchange. Thank you, Wayfair for notifying me promptly when these products were back in-stock. Your prices was about half of the comparable item on Amazon.com... great deal for me!!

Regarding number 6 above: I only had to call because our organization is tax exempt and I wanted to make sure the taxes were removed. The reps with which I interacted did a great job of answering my questions and anticipating our needs. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely use Wayfair in the future.

So happy with the purchase, and the customer service was excellent. I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect finish on the coffee table, and was able to change in very quickly. Will definately shop with Wayfair again, and I have told my friends about the site.

I wish the cushions had been an 1" bigger in length for the chairs. On the wicker love seat 2 more inches in length would have fit much better.

REceive merchandise on time. Very pretty.

Purchasing was fine. But the items were scratched and difficult to put together. In returning them, we are being charged $25.00 a piece. I will not be using Wayfair again.
