went to the crocs store in the mall in Lancaster, PA Park City Mall the store was out of the size for my husband however the sales associated informed us that we could get the shoes on line and even gave us a coupon and free shipping. Excellent service

10 days to receive this order wasnt acceptable. Per tracking, it was in LAX for 4 days and in MCO for 2 days. I should have received in 6 days. I'm happy with my purchase, but very disapointed in shipping. I'll probably buy my crocs in a store next time.

I find it massively frustrating that each time I've tried to pay with PayPal the system fails. I've had 4 attempts on different occasions to pay using that method. I've had dicsount codes as way of an apology from Crocs but am never able to use them on subsequent orders!! I was looking for a pair of wellies for men which they don't sell but I got a really helpful reply from the company giving dimensions of ladies size so he's having a pair of them!!!

Damaged items, 45 minute wait for customer service and then I was told that I would have to receive a callback from the "returns dept" within 24 to 48 hours - I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!
I will NEVER order from CROCS again!!!!

Did not take a phone call, did it all online. Received
my shoes much faster than I thought possible!
They are sure nice to wear as houseyard shoes...easy on easy off, and wide enough for my Oregon Wide feet.
These won't be my last pair of Crocs!
