The experience was fine. The problem is with the quality of the product. A toga, fabric was almost transparent, not impressed. Using for a local theatre performance, once the lights hit it the actor might as well been naked. We are using a bed sheet instead.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE HEAD PIECES OF THE RABBIT, MARCH HARE AND THE WIG OF THE RED QUEEN AND ALSO THE RED QUEEN AND THE SHERHOLMES COSTUMES. HOWEVER I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CAT ACCESSORY PACK IN WHITE. IT DIDN'T FIT PROPERLY. THE FLAPPER WIG DIDN'T TURN OUT TO BE WHAT I EXPECTED AND DIDN'T LOOK RIGHT ON EITHER. THE MAD HATTERS HAT WAS GREAT! AND I LIKED THAT THE HEAD PIECES HAD ADJUSTABLE BANDS IN THE NECK LINES WERE THERE. THAT REALLY HELPS IN MAKING THESE SECURE FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL AGE STUDENTS. THE CHESHIRE CAT COSTUME WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT BUT WE WILL USE PARTS OF IT FOR OUR PLAY.

Very bad experience. My order was canceled twice Never received a call to review or update my info to assure my order delivery. Very unpleased had to go all over town to get costumes in time for christmas service

I am disappointed that my daughters Halloween Costume didn't arrive by Halloween, as I paid extra shipping to get it here a couple days ahead of time. Tracking is now showing that it won't arrive until Nov. 5th. Needless to say, I had to go purchase a different costume that isn't what she wanted to be for Halloween. I would order again, as I think it was UPS fault for the shipping delay, but I still think costumesforless should have been keeping track of the shipping on their product.

The product box had the top missing as it was ripped off. the shipping box was in bad shape. Home Made shipping box all beat up. the product works fine tho.

Had to return female cop costume. They did not fit. Have not heard back from the company on my refund.

only bad thing is the hat is bent and i cant fix the wire rim, and the hat looks like it is child sized, and i have a small head.......

The product was great (once it finally made it), but it was 6 days late after a guarantee date was selected and we paid extra money for. I had to call repeatedly, to find out what was going on and why it was not showing up. Very frustrating experience and it ended up not showing up in time for our son's school party...so on top of paying for this costume, we had to go out and buy another one just for the party. It was suppose to be here on a Wednesday the party was on Saturday (a 2 day cushion)...it didn't come til the following Monday after the party! :(

Seamless transaction - just as i expected

It was very easy to browse through the costumes on the website and once I made my selection checkout was easy to do as well.

I guess I should have checked reviews for the company prior to ordering. I ordered a costume, specifically requesting 1X/2X size. I was shocked when I received the costume in such a short amoutn of time via UPS. My expectations at that point were far surpassed. Unfortunately as I was opening my costume, I realized it is a 'Large'....a far cry from '1x/2x' that I ordered. I immediately checked my email confirmation and saw that I ordered the correct size, they shipped the wrong one. 

Sat 10/20/12 I contacted the customer service number to be on hold for 32 minutes. With a lot of things to accomplish Sat, I could not wait anylonger. Today, Sunday 10/21/12 I was only for about 35 minutes when the call was completely disconnected. The website says its 24/7 customer service so I'm not sure what is going on. I also submitted an email through the website and am hoping for some resolve. I will comment again once I hear back.

At the time I placed the order, I was asked to send an approval letter since my billing address was not matching with the shipping adress and it delayed my order, the costumer service was just ok, I had to call at least three times in order to know the status of my order, finally I got the products on time.

Cheap expensive costumes...emailed for return procedure...paid to send it back..they refused the refund because they say it was not in origional packaging..so I paid for the costume, shipped it twice, and they still have it...great racquet if you can swing it....

Great costume for a great price.

Don't count on their inventory system - apparently it doesn't work and they only figure it out when they go to pick the order for shipment. I order 2 items from them since I could reduce my shipping costs. Instead I wound up having to pay shipping costs for the one item since they only informed me that the other item was out of stock after they shipped the first one.

Their prices are nothing special, pretty much the same as all the other costume stores.

I wrote to customer service and never recieved a response.

Server always crashes, purges cookies, makes shopping a nightmare. There are just random times when you go shopping here that you browse and suddenly all the stuff you have been adding to your cart is gone. Enfuriating to say the least. Tonight for example, I finally got everything in my cart, went to click to pay, and the whole site was not responding. The last possible step, and it died.

It is fine the way it is and I am happy with the store. All I ask is that when I order a product online that I recieve the product that ask for.

I wish there was a maybe on the answers. The wig is not great - and no way was it originally $81 dollars! In fact, all of your wigs were listed as originally $81 - is that supposed to be a joke? You cannot brush the wig. The top puffy part of the hair was split, with the white tissue paper which makes the hump showing through. Luckily, I will be covering that part up with a headpiece. I will only buy from this company if I can't find what I need next time anywhere else. The only reason I didn't return it is because I need it now, and can't wait for another one to come in.

The items purchased were tracked on line with a delivery dae of 10/27/2011. I was going to overnigt them to my granddaughter in New Mexico... the package it not arrive until Halloween afternoon... wound not let Fed-ex deliver it. It was returned///
