 I ordered and paid for a santa suit and it was delivered in 2 days. Discovered the coat was ripped and the pants were too small in length! I PAID UPS CHARGES  to return merchandise asking for a replacement of damaged goods (coat) and correct size of pantsand reimbursement for UPS charges. They responded by telling me I must place a new order ( and pay for it ) and they will refund  the amount I paid plus UPS charges. They refused to exchange the goods I paid for  (UPS charges included) and now I'm looking at a debt for UPS of $14.77 plus the suit cost of $80.46!  STAY AWAY FROM COSTUME DISCOUNTERS! I ordered a very popular Angry Birds costume for my son in September. When I hadn't received it as they'd said, I called and the CSR promised it was in and would ship on 10/3. When it still didn't arrive, I called and they gave me a 10/20 ship date. Now I ger a call that they've cancelled order because they don't have item. Now it's too late to get another one and my son is crushed. This company and their rude customer service people are a disgrace!

I am returning the costume. It comes in one size, supposedly fitting up to size 12 adult. I am a size 10 and the costume was much too small.

Overall good shopping experience.  Too bad I cannot say the same about returns.  I return a costume in July via FedEx and I have yet to receive a refund.  I've emailed Costume Discounters countless times on separate occassions and have yet to receive a response.  I've called customer service two times and I've been told that a manager will call me back only to receive no response.

2nd time shopping with Costume Discounters. Will shop again for future gifts and regular purchases.

The website says "same day shipping" - it took 5 days before they shipped the items, even though the website said all items were in stock. It then took another 6 days before I received the items. When I called customer service they told me that the website was wrong. This appears to be false advertising.

My shopping experience was excellent. Shipping time was amazing. I placed the order on Monday and without asking for expedited shipping, I received the product on Tuesday. I was amazed.

I ordered the product and it arrived the next day. I was shocked and thrilled it arrived earlier than i expected. Thank you for the fast service!

it was fine and easy but haven't received merch yet so i cannot comment on anything, really.

I wish the sizes had been better identified. On the web page it said 8to 10 on the costume label we received it said 5 to 7. We squeezed into it!

everything was great!

My only minor problem was when I wanted to track my shipment. The website gave me a tracking #, but I couldn't tell how it was shipped (UPS, USPS, FedEX, etc..) so I had to e-mail customer service to track the order.

The prices were excellent but I never received an order confirmation from them.
