Ordered a shelf that appeared on my doorstep quite speedily, but was dropped off by the shipper without signature on my front doorstep. The box was opened, there were no directions, and the assembly hardware was missing. Called the customer service line but was informed that I would have to wait 48 hours for the instructions to be emailed and 5-6 days for the hardware to be overnighted. The CSR was kind enough to state that I wouldn't be charged extra for this service (!?) and apologized. I asked if I could get the hardware from one of the two area stores, but she said that they wouldn't do that. Personally I will not be ordering from them again.
