The product I received was spoiled. I requested a return and received an email from Cosmic-Perfume that I would receive a full credit to my account. The person I talked to was very pleasant. Until I see the credit on my statement, I'm not sure how to rate this vendor. They seem to be fine, but I won't know for sure until I get the credit.

I tried to go back to check my order for tracking purposes. I was not able to enter the system. I am not sure but I think I got in through amazon and therefore I had no customer number to get into their system. I did get an e-mail with an order number yet it was useless because I was not a registered shopper.
