I have used the product in the past but this mail order item did not have the sparkling properties I wanted nor does it smell the same of that purchased in the past.

I always order on the computer and so far have not had any complaints.Some of the new more expensive creams and serums and makeup bases you do not have, I dont know why.
I cant contact the merchant I live in Mexico and place my order on the website and when I go to USA. I pick the order up.

Will definitely use this site again. Easy to use, good prices, shipping was fast, even though it was ground shipping. Came in only 3 days!

They were terrible, they didn't ship my item for 6 days. On top of that, their customer service is really sketchy considering it looks like a 12 year old wrote me an e-mail.
"We are unable to verify your credit card. Pls provide us the correc address and your name on the credit card.Customer service"
Plus, they told me they couldn't verify my credit card, meanwhile, they have a $40 hold on it for at least a full week.
Don't waste your time with them.

I placed an order for La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Cream 3.4oz. When I got it the package had been opened, the seal was just laying on top of the jar and the cream had a different color, texture and smell to it. I called their Customer Service three times and they have yet to call me back. I finally took the product to La Prairie at Nordstroms and it was not the same cream. I have been a good customer of Cosmetic America for many years but will never use them again...I'm totally dissatisfied!!

Ordered La Prairie foundation on 6th November 09, Today is 3rd December 09 and still not received the goods in the UK. No response to emails; phone always on answerphone. Personally I would NOT EVER use them again. Due to the delay I have disputed the transaction with my card company.

I ordered 1 perfume on Monday at 6am... it is now Thursday, and I am still waiting for my perfume. Last night, someone called me from Cosmetic America to verify my shipping address. Weird I thought. Also, they called because I emailed them asking for my tracking number.... I guess they realized I want my perfume!
I live locally, meaning, the company is in Southern California, and that is where I'm at. I've ordered from another company in similar location and received my product within 1-2 days.
What is up??? I'll let you all know when and if I get my perfume....

I ordered four Elizabeth Arden skincares .But two of them are out of expiration date for alomst five years(where they get these produts,dustheap?museum? ).One of them is approaching the date.I contacted the customer service.However, they didn't give an explaination.They just simply told me if I wanted to return, they would charge me 20% of restockxing fee.It's ridiculous! It's not my fault; it's their fault! I couldn't accept,but no satisfying response till now! Selling products out of date is a serious issue.But it seems nothing to cosmetic america! Very angry and disappointed! I would Never shop in this store again!

I ordered an HR set there. They shipped it on the next day. UPS lost the package. They never responded to my email, however were VERY polite and helpful when I called. For a few days they were trying to figure out the problem, eventually they sent me a new set.
