While this store is a great store and can be completely trusted to ship your order I do have a problem with them.  I Googled for a product and all hits indicated the item I wanted for $24.95 and a link to cooking.com!  I click the link and the price is now $27.95 and the phone call was no help.  That's our price now - the links are outdated!!

I ordered qty 2 of the Gourmet Oil Mister(SKU #121302) and it showed as being delivered on 12/17. It was a Christmas gift and I have not received it yet and can not tell when I will actually receive it from the usps site. I have ordered stuff in the past and never had an issue until this time

I ordered a 3 piece Stainless Steel pineapple corer/slicer, when it arrived, it was a 1 piece, i called cooking and they sent out the 3 piece and emailed a shipping label to return the other one. When the replacement arrived, it was the exact same one piece that i had sent back. I already had a one piece that I bought off ebay for around $4. cheaper, I wanted the 3 piece to be able to do different sizes. I sent an email about the situation 2 days ago and have heard nothing from cooking.com. I will never order anything else from them or recommend them to anybody. A totally bad experience.

Two of my four plates arrived broken, but they sent me replacements immediately and were wonderful as far as customer service goes. I would shop there again. Kimberly

purchased a SKU #201613 Digital Candy Thermometer.  The temp. fluctuates so badly between 20-30 degrees and never reaches the correct temp.  Batteries have been changed but no luck. My candy burned.  Would like to send it back, non-usable. Thank you.  It was purchased on 12/5/09.
