everything went perfectly excellent help on phone call to go to website and all happened as expected even with placing such a late order for a Christmas present. I was pleasantly surprised of all aspects of the order especially in the world today where most things never go correctly

the chess set was great ,but it was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily the man who received it was kind enough to call me , so i could pick it up. Otherwise i would never have gotten the set for Christmas time. The set was in a box addressed to the man , and inside was my set with my address on it . So it was chess usa fault as far as i can tell.

The chess board I received was beautiful. The chess pieces were in size range suggested, but were too small so I exchanaged them for a larger size. The clearance item i ordered was included on my invoice but not in the box. Customer service was very helpful.

I called only because I forgot to inclue my special discount on my order form . The customer service representative was amazingly polite and extremely helpful . So kind and friendly . Which is spometimes rare in this day and age . Thank you so much . I will definately shop with these people again and again . YOUR MOVE .............

I had to return the chess board twice because they shipped the wrong one! Web site doesn't allow customers to see their orders. Staff was very nice and apologetic, but . . .

I was disappointed there was not a draw string bag for keeping the set in between play times. I appreciate the effort made for a reduced shipping rate. I am glad I found you on line.

I ordered 5 Tournament Chess sets from Chess USA (these have the unweighted plastic pieces with felted bottoms and roll up chess boards). When I placed my order I asked for - and received - an extra receipt so I could submit a copy to the administration where I teach for reimbursement! I was extremely happy they took this extra step for me! Now I can keep a copy for myself - at least until I receive a reimbursement check. No problems at all with delivery times, product quality or promised quantity! I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars on these areas: Product Quality, Shipping Speed, Value for Price, Customer Service, Shopping Ease!

Order was a gift for my neice. Had to pay a ridiculous $7.95 to ship a $3.00 small dice set. Then, merchant got order and shipping info switched and sent the gift item to me instead of my neice. Now, I have to pay again to ship the gift to the right destination.

Got the chess set faster than expected and it was packed very well. Haven't actually opened the set yet, as it's a wedding gift for my fiance. So far, very pleased with how this company operates!
