After making me wait almost a month, I was finally contacted that what I wanted was not available. My answer to this is, if it isn't in your inventory, Don't Sell It!. They did finally return my money, I would have rather had my purchase.

Good experiemce...was told order migh take a couple of weeks because parts had to be custom made....and thgat was the case , but there was no surprise. ALL around Company was good to deal with.

It has been 5 weeks & I have yet to receive my order.

I ordered a front license plate with a sports logo on it back about 5/1/12. It was supposed to be a birthday present, but the birthday (5/15) came and went, no present. I contacted Champions on Display, who did respond to my query quickly, I will give them credit for that. They explained there was some issue with the manufacture of the item, and that there would be a longer wait, but it would be shipped within 2-3 days. Almost immediately afterwards, I received another email, apologizing and explaining that the item would not be shipped, but I would be credited to my charge account. I might try Champions on Display again, I might not. I was very disappointed, but I will say that they did respond quickly to my query.

poor order tracking. delivery always takes long time! pennets were shipped flat but now are rolled. latest wizard pennant rolled and creased!! bad.
