Very bad customer service.  Recently shopped a "buy one, get one of equal or lesser value" sale & bought 10 items. Noticed computer just took off all the least priced items, although there were 2 items of each price.  This was a $20 overcharge to me.  When I called customer service, first representative couldn't grasp my complaint.  I escalated to Supervisor level. Next week still no return call.  Called again, got a supervisor on phone who said that's the way they figure that sale.  Even small print doesn't say that.  If you buy 2 items of same price, you only pay for 1. But under their plan the you buy multiple items, you are penalized.  Supervisor refused to adjust.  I've been Catherine's customer over 20 yrs with hi annual purchases. But they've lost me.  When order arrives, I will return all items plus my other recent order and will never shop with them again.  They could care less about their customers.

I used to like Catherine's, and wore a lot of their clothing, but for the past 6 months or so they carry nothing in my size. I don't know if they're doing away with certain sizes or what. I even check the new arrivals, and there's nothing. Yet I get their emails daily, and I check probably twice per week. I wrote an email to them and they gave me some baloney excuse. I've stopped shopping with them altogether. I can't count on them.

Shopping at Catherine's is always a pleasure.

I always love to shop Catherines. I never have a problem and I know if something is the wrong size, I can go down to my local Catherines store and exchange it.

Usually my shopping experiences at Catherines are positive. This last on-line order was fine. My previous on-line order was not good. The clothes were not what I thought they would be, and the fit was not good. Whenever I purchase in the store everything is fine. I've shopped at Catherines for many years, and the on-line order before this last one was the FIRST time I'd ever been dissatisfied. Thank you!

Both on-line ordering and in-store shopping are a great experience. On-line is uncomplicated and service is fast. In-store is personal and time efficient. Catherine's is one of the best places to shop.

Catherines has a great selection. Their web site is user friendly. Their personnel in the stores are always very friendly and helpful.

exceptional quality and great price! I've looked at many sites that I normally shop and couldn't come close to finding the perfect dress for my daughters wedding. I had a couple that would have worked from Catherine's and am very pleased with the choice and quality. It's comfortable and exactly what I wanted!!!

I usually shop at the store and usually find what I am looking for. I shopped on the web this time. It was relatively easy and the prices were cheaper. Of course, it would be nice if I didn't have to pay shipping and handling. The items were received in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Would shop again on the web.

I knew what I was looking for. It was recommended to me. I found it quickly and ordered it according to the instructions. That was it.

I have been a Catherine's customer many many years and am a very satisfied repeat customer and plan to remain so.

I am very pleased with all of my shopping experiences at Catherine's. While I do order on-line, I really enjoy the store in Macon. The manager there is always very helpful and makes your shopping experience so enjoyable.

It is always a great and wonderful experience. They have a wonderful variety and always in stock. I love that they have dressy dresses in large sizes.

It was quite nice. I got what I ordered in a short period of time. It was in proper condition. It was what I ordered. No rebate, so no phone call or mail-in form.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH CATHERINES ONLINE IS, THE CLOTHES ARE NOT PRESENTED IS A COLORFUL WAY. THEY NEED TO CHANGE ARTIST. EVEYTHING IS PRESENTED IN A VERY MUTED VAGUE COLOR. I NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE, UNLESS I HAVE SEEN THAT ACTUAL ITEM IN THE STORE. THEY HAVE REVAMPED THEIR INTRODUCTION INTO COLORFUL PICTURES. BUT THAT DOESN'T HELP IN BUYING PARTICULAR ITEMS. THEY ARE NOT PORTRAYED IN A PRETTY DETAILED WAY. I BUY 90% OF MY CLOTHES AT CATHERINES IN THE STORE, 1% AT CATHERINES ONLINE, AND THAT IS THE REASON. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW INADEQUATE THE PICTURES OF THE CLOTHES ARE!!! MARIANNE WYATT
