I have not recieved any of my two bobble heads which were to be gifts to my sister who is a Tim Tebow fan. Neither of them was ever mailed to me. They were not even produced. Because of what happened with Payton Manning being signed by the Broncos, and Tim Tebow being traded to the NY Jets, the Bronco's Tim Tebow bobble head was not made. Recently, I was offered the opportunity to purchase a Tim Tebow Tebowing garden gnome in the Denver Broncos uniform, but I don't think this has been made yet either so I will not purchase it. I also ordered one Tim Tebow bobble head in the University of Florida uniform holding the Heisman Trophy, but I was told that it had not been made because the manufacturer could not get the rights to make and sell it. Why were these being sold by Carrols Cove when they were not even made? This is very poor business practice. I will not ever purchase anything from Carrols Cove and I will not recommend that anyone purchase anything from them either.

WAY TOO LONG FOR SHIPPING. I BUY DOZENS OF THINGS EACH YEAR ON THE INTERNET & GET MANY OF THEM IN 2-4 DAYS,I THINK THIS TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS !

They product was in excellent conditions and had quick delivery.

Did not receive the product. They quit responding to my emails about correcting this mistake.

I ordered these products two weeks before Christmas and as of today (1/10/12), still have not received them! I had to send an email and received a response after Christmas that the bed-in-a-bag would take a month or two to arrive,the yankees throw was different than the one pictured and I still don't have anything. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

My product was on back order but I was not notified. I checked the website and found no information about my order - just that they received it. I emailed the company and I did receive a response (that was a positive aspect). I still have not received the product - BUT I WAS BILLED - and I have received no updates or further communications. Once I receive my product, i will not be shopping here or recommending this vendor.

I am of the age of 73 this was the first time I have tryed to order online.other than that every thing went ok.

This product was of inferior quality and had be returned. Even following the cleaning directions, it unraveled and tore. Therefore, my gift to my grandson was not able to be used.

Placed the order. Got charged for the order. Never recieved any type of confirmation or even a delevery date. Dont know if ill ever recieve my order. Would not recommend this business.

decals were ordered June 22 and still no decals. Back ordered? Yeah I guess so. Thanks for NOTHING! Still waiting for my product to arrive. Never again will visit this site!
