They have not even shipped my Order. It is on hold. They want me to send them a copy of my Driver's License. As I have told 3 different people that have emailed me, I do not feel comfortable sending a copy of my Driver's License. I really wanted to dress my little fiat up but I told them to just cancel my order because as I have said, I do not feel comfortable sending a copy of my Driver's license any where.

Some sort of hickup with the vendor or the shipper? wasn't sure what but it was a bit longer than expected. Customer service acted like it wasn't a big deal & tough deal with attitude.

the shopping was good its just that this product is expensive for the shipping and handeling. Also we have to pay again for the ups. If you are not there ,you have to get your package 30minutes away from were i live. Good thing a had someone near by to pick it up.

Don't believe Google reviews on this site. As a company, you can apparently pay India/Indonesa 50 cents per positive review. That is the only reason I can think of why this company has a 4/5 rating.
They are basically corrupt. I tried to return a shipped item. Before they processed my RMA, they demanded they had to have the tracking number.....even though I included the proper paperwork on the outside and inside of package. If this happens to you, call the UPS store and they will look it up for you.
Then they denied my $350 return because of missing parts. I unpacked and packed all the items (3 total....box of nuts bolts, 2 running boards).....all were there. They also claimed I used the product, but did not.
THis company is untrustworthy.

Site is very user friendly, prices are excellant, shipping times were short and received when scheduled. Tracking of shipmentsa was very easy.

Ordering was easy and delivery was much faster than expected. I did try calling them prior to ordering but gave up without contact due to extended wait time.

I have ordered at least a dozen times from the guys and girls of car id, and never once have i had to return anything at all, the service was great. once i had to wait a while for a dash kit, but when i recieved it it was perfect and these are custom parts and i expected to have to wait, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. i would not hesitate to order from them at all. keep up the good work, i will be ordering again soon. thanks guys

With plenty of time before Christmas I ordered some foot rails for my wifes ford. The web site said that I would recieve the item on the 18th. That date came and went and the tracker continued to string me along , finally Christmas came and no delivery.  Now I have tryed to cancel and they are trying to say I have no choise if it is enroute but to accept it. I will continue to fight and send the item back if it comes. I cannot recommend this company , they obviously knew the item would not be here at time but chose to screw a customer for profit...

I have no complaints... my shopping experience was acceptable. I mean I got what I wanted. will be back once I decide to treat my car again.

I initially called to see if they had a cargo liner for a 2012 Acadia. The lines were busy, so I hung up and sent an inquiry on line. A few hours later, they called me due to a "dropped call", which was totally unexpected! The rep was very nice. There was an almost immediate response to my e-mail as well. They both told me that the specs for the liner were not yet available from GMC for that product, which I understand. Never one to give up, I went back the the dealership and had a 2011 Acadia measured and compared to the 2012. The cargo area has not changed. Due to the helpfulness of the company reps, I bought a cargo liner for a 2011 and it fits the 2012 to a tee. I am currently looking at the booklet enclosed with the liner to see if any other products availble may be needed for my new "baby". Kudos to you for having such good staff. Your customer service is the main reason I purchased from this company, even thought there are others that carry similar and the same product. Thank you for a job well done!!
