The wording was not explicit enough to me, there for I felt I was ordering a product that looked like it was more than what I got. However, your service rep was exceptionaly nice in that I would return in the future to purchase other items from your site.

The description of the phone I ordered was incorrect. It was NOT a 2-line telephone. I returned it immediately. The refund & return was handled quickly & easily. I ordered a phone somewhere else. I would shop here again, though

I received an e-mail that stated my order would be delayed and when I tried to cancel the order they said it could not be cancelled. They then told me that it was being shipped that day. Because of the delay i ordered the same product from another company. Now I have duplicate orders. Why did they send me an e-mail saying the order was back ordered and then the next day they shipped it?

I wish the product instructions gave a clearer idea of how to connect it up. The procedure I used caused me to make my SD card malfuntion. It wound up write protected. Then, I physically ruined it (my fault) so I could not diagnose what happened. I have ordered a new one on Ebay.

Your web site clearly states that ground shipping takes 5-7 days. A week and a half after my purchase I made a phone inquiry about the arrival date. I was told by phone that ground shipping takes 10-15 days; I received an email with that same message: "We would like to inform that the orders shipped through USPS take upto 10-15 days for the item to get delivered. Please note that ite will 1-2 business days to ship the item and not to deliver the item. " Your web-site is clearly not in synch with your actual business practices. The information is clearly misleading. Had your website clearly stated the actual shipping times, I would have purchased this item elsewhere. You won my business by being deceptive.

I liked the service from Camera World. I am a bit disappointed in how difficult the sewing machine is to hold and use. I needed 3 hands to use. Maybe, I just need practice. The quality was good for the money.

I explained above why I prob. won't order again. I ordered an unfinished wooden box. It arrived both times damaged. I can't trust that they would pack the camera right. I told them in an E-Mail that I wonderr if those Wooden craft boxes are seconds or irregulars. The first one arrived, as I said above, with a big crack on the bottom, a gouge out of the top. It also didn't shut right. I make home made decoupage jewelry boxes. It is unacceptable to me to have boxes that are cracked and gouged. Whether it occurred in transit or were bad , I don't know. I think it might be a little of both. I could be a potential customer for a camera. Each order should be taken seriously. I don't believe mine was. It's lioke they are just THROWN into the boxes. I can't say, just my opinion. I don't thimk I could trust you if I ever decided to get a camera. Thanks, Peggy Cassidy pjcass84@charter.net

Ordered a Camera and carrying case for same on 2/22/11. Received the camera 2 days later! Am still waiting for the case!! CANCEL the order for the case ssince I will be away for 3 weeks. Your Customer service Rep.was of no use at all!!

Very quick and pleasant experience.I would shop again for a product I was looking for. One small envelope of glass pieces included in the kit was compromised,(open seam), and the glass was all over inside the package--small slivers, hard to recover and easy to get slivers into hands.Probably from manufacturer.
