I ordered from them and I recieved the wrong cable.  After multilpe emails and phone calls I finally received a return authorization.  I returned the item as directed and sent it with delivery confirmation.  It was recieved weeks ago and I have yet to recieve my refund.  What a nighmare!!  Do your self a favor and don't do business with them. 

I found Cableorganizer.com while searching for corner ducts to tastefully hide cables running through my office. They had a great assortment of useful products for managing cables. I found exactly what I needed, in fact it was even better than I expected and the price was very good. Initially the items were damaged in shipping, but CableOrganizer.com sent new ones free of charge. I like their products. Customer service went out of their way to help after the problem with my initial order.

Finally a company that puts the customer first! Great service and prompt shipping! (wonderful prices too!) UPS charged me a brokerage fee to get the package into Canada and they REFUNDED it and recommended I use USPS in the future to avoid the gouging that UPS does on a regular basis to Canadians. My opinion is that all Canadians should boycott UPS and stick to the post office! Thanks to them for that helpful tip and restoring my faith in mankind; finally a company that knows what customer service is all about. I'll have no hesitation to do business with these guys again! Highly recommended!
