This place stinks. Almost two months since I ordered and they cancelled my order and have sent me nothing. I ordered a guitar which they said will be mailed out then next day. HA! They didn't even have it in stock. Every time I called, after waiting for 20+ minutes, they all said the same thing. We expect them in 4 days.....They lied and now I have to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back! They have NO customer service and their email person is RUDE!

My husband saw something on buydig.com that he wanted to buy.  So, I asked my family to buy him gift cards to the site for Christmas.  It was a HUGE mistake!!! To use them, you have to call customer service. If you can actually get someone to answer the phone, they are rude and as unhelpful as possible.  My husband wanted to use the first one, and had quite a time convincing the CSR to let him use it since he was not the one who bought the certificate.  The second certificate we wanted to mail the electronic item to a different place for a project my brother-in-law was working on for us, and they would not let us use it, because we had to use a credit card for the balance of the cost.  They will only ship to the address that matches the billing address on the credit card used.  I do the majority of my shopping online, and I have never had this type of experience online.  Find somewhere else.  The amount you save will not be worth the headache of dealing with them.

i bought this computer mouse but it did not work one of the pins inside the cord was bent so i call customer service the man that i talk to he told me to call micro innovations call told me to go on line but it gave me some boogus address so i call back the woman told me she was going to replace it but i havent receive it yet also my account on line i cant seem to get into it

My shopping experience was great ,but the delivery day was a day late because of the holiday and the remote doesn't work ,I am waiting for Crosley to let meknow what to do.

I did my order on line, paid with paypal and Buy Dig shipped Fed Ex, it reached my location and was on the truck for delivery on the 12th, no show. Fed Ex according to their tracking information is going to deliver today. Hard to rate service when you don't have the product.
