I had to return the flapper costume which was not an easy process from Canada, also the website is very mis-leading as they advertise "FREE RETURNS" not the case if you live outside the USA. After over 30 min of being transfered around I finally got to a manager to express my dis-satisfaction of the mis-leading Free Returns and my return was completed at no extra charge to myself-however the customer service representatives will not give out the e-mail or any contact information to a manager making it very difficult to offer customer feedback to the managment of this company. I have ordered from this company previously and have good expereinces, this was the first time I had to return anything, I think they should come up with a better return service for their Canadian customers
