I like this site - I have ordered a few times w/o any big issues - this site has office products that are not always available thru office depot or the prices are lower on this site! which is always a huge plus!. I would recommed this site and will order supplies from this site again.

the chair i ordered is on backorder from the manufacturer (forover a month) which is extremely inconvenient. i did promptly receive an email to let me know that, which i appreciated.

File cabinet was damaged and must be returned. Process to return is simple, representative very accommodating. Only objection is length of time for refund to show up on credit card - 3-4 weeks; purchase transaction is an immediate deduction on credit card.

Received item with adhesive "ruller" stuck to outer plastic wrapper. Have sent email to get replacement but have received no response.

The only reason I didn't receive my order on-time is that it came in 2 different shipments so the 2nd half was a little later than expected. But, I like ordering from Business-Supply.

I am unhappy with their customer service.  I ordered toner and they sent me a defective product.


I used the toner at 140 days after puchase but their return says only 120 days.  I bought the toner so I had a spare when i ran out.

They don't stand behind their product.  there answer is to call someone else.

Very deceiving and dissapointing. I ordered a briefcase for my husband to use on a job interview. He was not going to use this briefcase frequently, so price was important. The price on their website was great - obviously too great - They cancelled my order due to a website pricing error. I was not notified of the order cancellation until I inquired about shipping on the date I was supposed to receive the briefcase.  They said that they had sent me an email - which was never received. I had to quickly order a different more expensive briefcase and pay expedited shipping from another retailer in order to get it on time.

Business Supply answered my phone call by the second ring, looked up the item I was interested in, told me that 4 of these items were in stock in Miami, and that it would be delivered to my West Palm address in 1 business day by UPS. So I ordered the item (a desk pad/blotter) and it indeed was at my doorstep the following day. My experience with Business Supply was perfect, could not have been better. Far superior to other merchants I had been contacting for the blotter (including Amazon, which I found to be a dismal failure in many ways). I highly recommend Business Supply to everyone.

Business-Supply.com was listed as a supplier on Google for Cross fountain pen refills. The Google listing said free shipping (important for a low cost item) whereas, when you get to the site, shipping is charged, more than doubling the cost of the item. This is misleading. The problem could be with Google but, as other vendors listed shipping charges, it rather looks as if Business-Supply is being economical with the truth. Did not buy.
