We purchased a large coffee maker from Burkett, and the transaction was flawless. The item was as described and has worked perfectly.  Burkett is highly recommended.

Finding the merchandise was a breeze, however the purchasing process was clunky and encumbering:  An AVS validation error flagged my zip+4 code because the input routine could not accept it and that prevented my transaction initially.  I was forced to make my address information less precise in order to process my order. 

Perfect and saved a bundle.   Came on time and exactly as ordered.  I will include Burkett every time I am pricing out new equipment from no on.

I recently opened a pub and purchased most of my equipment from Burkett's. Overall I was very happy with the service and  prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is opening a restaurant or is need of supplies. 

I was looking for a gas hose to one of our brick Kilns, dimensions and prices were highly variable, but in Burkett I found the help that I needed. The professionalism from their customer services and sales department was excellent, They even answered question in products that they do not distribute or sell. giving me options to meet my needs.

Completely satisfied with my experience. My cousin bought a few things from Burkett's and was happy with their service so I gave them a try also. The sales girl I dealt with, Felicia was really sweet, knowledgable and courteous. i wasn't sure which prep table I should order but Felicia walked me step-by-step to make sure I was ordering what I needed. 
I got free shipping and didn't have to pay tax. The prep table was delivered on the delivery date. Great!
The price was the same as everyone, but I got Burkett Bucks- free money to use for my next purchase- and as an owner of a pizzeria, I'm sure I'll be making lots more purchases in the future. Can't wait to do business with you again. I also wanted to say thank you to Felicia for all your help!

question #5 ..... I did not receive any tracking info.

I had purchased a vertical cutter mixer on line. Two days later I get a call from them. They told me they put the wrong price on the web page. The item was really $6,000 more than I had already paid and had a verification for. They said they put the money back into my account. They did do that but then my bank put a hold on my business account for five days. My bank told me to have them call and verify. I called Burket and asked them to do this. They never did it. So I could not use me business account for five full days. Not sure why my bank puts a hold on the account, but Burket could have made the call as they screwed up so bad on the price. Now I have checks that I had put out that got returned as well. Nice mess, like I don't have enough to do.

They have the best price on the product I needed, however whoever does their packing for shipment needs to pay attention to an order. My order was for 3 dozen and they sent 3, however upon notifying them, they were quick to correct. I will definitely order from them again.

I bought some pizza equipment supplies, found them easily.  A few items needed to be special ordered but were delivered on time.  I contacted customer service to get a lead time on products ordered and they were very helpful.  Overall I will shop with them again.
