This company gives new meaning to the word 'clueless'. LaShelle called me this morning after I placed my order to tell me that one bulb was on backorder. I called back and asked to change to different one. Two hours later she called me again to say that another bulb was in short supply and I said send whatever they had. Three hours after that she called AGAIN and spoke to my wife. Seems yet another bulb was out of stock (seriously, are they running this place out of shoe boxes in a garage?). To top things off, I paid an extra $9.95 to have my order shipped today. LaShelle told my wife that they missed FedEx. I emailed to cancel my order. What a joke.

What a deal it is. Very nice product and website. I purchased the 14 watt globe compact fluorescent bulbs for both of my bathrooms and think they are great.  They not only look good they seem to be brighter than the 40 watt bulbs I previously had and they also emit less heat and use 1/4 the amount of electricity.  I think every household should use compact fluorescent bulbs in their homes so that we can all conserve electric and not have to replace traditional bulbs several times in the time a compact fluorescent bulb lasts.
I will defenitely shop here again and recommand others. Thanks BulbAmerica.
