They take way too long to repond to customers, sometimes it takes a week, other times they don't reply back at all. Also, the service can be slow unless you contact them constantly and get on them about it. I waited three days, didn't hear a peep, contacted them and finally got some progress.

FINALLY...we just received it today. Of course this ruined Christmas for me and my wife. The service was deplorable, the wait was much too long and the feedback to me, the purchase, was basically non-existent...of course I received (almost daily) sales flyers after creatig an account...seems this is the primary reason for having to complete an account. I'll promptly have to delete my account.

The product received was for a youth not a petite adult. When reviewing the product prior to purchase, it indicated a petite but did not indicate it was for a youth. If it had, I would not have purchased.

I wanted to send the ball to my work address and use paypal. Bowlingball.com did not allow that because they only sent merchandise to the address associated with the credit card. Both of my addresses were listed with Paypal. I have in the past had Bowlingball.com send merchandise to either address. Why can't Bowlingball.com allow shipping to listed addresses?
