Great selection of designer clothes at fantastic prices although shipping is very expensive compared to most other online stores, which is the only reason I would hesitate to purchase again. Otherwise a very good experience. 8/10.

I had not understood Bluefly discount procedures well and my blazer purchases were guided by a very knowledgeable and helpful Bluefly saleswoman; my totebag purchase required no extra help. Regarding #6, the phonecall was required because of my lack of knowledge.

My shopping experience for the tie itself was very positive. I found it on sale (substantial markdown), the personal shopper was helpful, and the tie arrived in good condition. But I had questions about a pair of suspenders that I might have bought at the same time if the shopping assistant had been able to answer them. My sense is that she was looking at the same information that I was, and couldn't do any more that look at the picture and read the description. Whoever wrote the description didn't anticipate that a potential customer would wonder why the suspenders had both button tabs and clips, and whether the clips could be removed. That's one reason that I like shopping on eBay -- the sellers often do a better job of describing items than catalogs and websites do.

I actual receive was different from the website pictures.

the online shopping experience was great. It was only the postal time (13 days) and the tracking that was slow- it only showed US departure and then delivered nothing in between. I have purchased from many online sites in US and usually receive goods within 5 to 7 days.

Very easy. Bummer that now I have to return because I didn't order the correct size. Hopefully I can get the same item in a larger size. Return, I do believe, is going to be a snap.

Prompt live chat customer service, items ordered are of a high quality and a reasonable price, though variety isn't great so I couldn't use the discount code given as I could not find anything to buy to exceed minimum spending.

price difficult to follow,changes thruout the day! and sometimes can't get the discount offered in my email to come up on my order. Very confusing. so I don't place an order. As of today my very first order with bluefly has not arrived, expecting it tomorrow according to tracking info. since I have not received my item some of these questions are n/a but I can't continue to submit so #2 got marked no since it has not arrived!

I love shopping at Bluefly. The only thing that would make it better would be free overnight shipping like I get from Zappos Couture as a VIP member.
