Shopping at BlueRooster.com was easy and intuitive. Their product descriptions, pictures, demo video and FAQ/How to choose documents were very helpful. We used the chiminea within a day or two of receipt and it was easy to get a fire going, and was beautiful and warming to sit by and enjoy while eating on the pation. I highly recommend this company and their American-made products!

I ordered the (ALCH046 in Charcoal) Orchid Chiminea last week. I placed my order online and received an email within a minute.  It had my order number and the breakdown of the total on it.   The very next morning I received another email with my tracking numbers and a link that took me to the FedEx website so I could track my package.  I then got my Orchid in 3 DAYS!!!  Very fast (and free shipping) plus the item was in wonderful shape.  I did call back and order a cover for this chiminea for the simple fact that it is too nice to leave sit outside without being covered.  I would order from The Blue Rooster again in a heartbeat. 

When I called the first time I had Lots of questions.  They answered all of them with out a problem.  (And I didn’t even order at that time and they did not push me to do so).  I called back a couple weeks later and placed my order. I got the Prairie Chiminea delivered to my front door four business days later.  It was in Great shape and VERY easy to put together. It’s so nice to see customer service with out the push to buy.  They were there to help me with my questions. Not to just sell sell sell. I even called back to ask a few trivial questions after we got it I left a message and got a call back with in twelve hours. I would recommend this company to any and everyone. My husband and I ordered a Casita Grill about three weeks ago. We wanted to make sure that our order was placed correct so we called the 800 number and placed our order.  We ordered on a Monday and had it by Wednesday!!  Free shipping (just like they say)!  When we got the unit it was in wonderful shape.  Everything intact.  It was a beautiful unit.  We love to enjoy the fire while we cook our dinner. The people we talked to were all very nice and informative.  Even when calling back to ask some questions they had no problem talking with us.  A+ + + for a over all rating.  Thank you!! (I will be ordering one for my sister and her husband for christmas, since they love ours so much!)

I bought a Venetian Chiminea about two weeks ago.  When ordering the people were very informative and were willing to answer any questions I had. Even when I called back they were right there to help me.  I got it in 4 business days.  When it arrived it was in GREAT shape and very easy to put together.  We just love having this unit for our family to enjoy together.  It is everything they said it would be and more.  I would recommend this company to everyone!!  Thank You Very Much!! 

UPDATE: They may have been having computer/customer service problems for that week. I have now been happier with their service.


Getting to BUY one of their chimineas is no problem at all. They're in business to make money so that's what they care most about.

Getting your questions answered AFTER they have your money is the BIG problem.

I've tried repeatedly over the past 6 days to get questions anwered and no one returns the 3 voicemials I've left (during business hours) nor replied to the 4 emails I've sent.

So, based on "customer service", I would definitely NOT recommend this store.

I called The Blue Rooster Company to ask a question about one of the chimineas. I think I spoke with the owner. He had a few pictures taken of the chiminea for me and e-mailed them to me within two days. I ordered the chiminea and it arrived very quickly and is an excellent product. I would recommend it to anyone!
