I shopped at Blue Nile because of being given a Google voucher for a purchase there. The billing was very confusing and made it appear as if I was being overcharged on multiple occasions. Understanding my bill was a very frustrating experience and I will likely never shop at Blue Nile again. It's not worth the hassle and I don't want to do business with a merchant that is not up front with their contracts and deals.

It was a good shopping experience, however you can't always tell the true size of an item by viewing it on line. The quality of the hoops were wonderful, but the size was too small. I would purchase items from Blue Nile in the future if there was something that really fit in my budget and caught my eye. The return process was excellent, quick and easy. AG

I called in before making my final chioce and spoke with an amazing customer service rep. She was wonderful. Then after I placed my order I changed my mind about a detail and called to see if it was possible to change it. I was again amazed by the customer service I received. Whatever they are doing to train their staff in customer service it is working! And I know it wasn't a fluke because it was 2 different deoartments. I am now a loyal customer. I absolutely love my new earrings but the service I received was probably the best of anywhere I have ever experienced. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. It simoky does not get any better than this.

I needed to know what ring size I am. Since I did not know exactly how to measure my fingers, I surfed the net. What I found (and did not expect!) was this EXCELLENT experience! Now I know what ring size I am, so I can buy stuff I like (and my family members´ as well!).
