I would like to have a "no interest" account but since I'm retired & on disability, my applications have been denied. I know that the economy is not great at this time, but to make things progress, businesses need to start to allow lower income & change status(do to economy) not to prevent or limit credit but continue to include all people situations when the determination of credit accounts are involved. Great site. Very good selection of merchandise. Excellent educational information. Fair pricing. What went wrong was I placed my order 7 days before Christmas. I received back a receive date of the 23 rd. I check the site numerous time and called and each day up until the 24th, I was told I would receive the ring before Christmas. It arrived on the 27th after being shipped Express overnight FedEx on the 22nd. I was told later that the diamond I ordered was not in inventory Stateside but had to be ordered and sent from Africa. Had I known the products sold on BlueNile were not in inventory I would have never place and will never again place an order with this company or any company online that cannot guarantee the deliver of the products they sell. Far too much reliance on FedEx Overnight. I place at a minimum over 100 orders annually online and I have never to received my merchandise when expected and that was even from some very small merchants . I expected any number of other issues, but not this, not form "The" BlueNile. I wi

I received my order sooner than I expected even though it was the week before Christmas. Both pairs of earrings were beautiful and in perfect condition. Ordering on their website was very easy and fast. I would definitively order from Blue Nile again.

The product is great, so is price. Support is not that great as the US toll free number was not accessible from outside the US (I am in Singapore). Online support was good. My problem was mainly with FedEX who shipped on time all the way from US over Japan to Singapore, but entirely screwed up here locally. Unfortunately did Blue Nile not include the airwaybill number in its tracking site which is necessary to resolve any issues with FedEx. A long story cut short: Blue Nile is great, FedEx less so. To improve should Blue Nile give out the AWB number and have a support hot line that can be called from outside the US.

Blue Nile was amazing, I dealt with the customer team over the Online Chat system at least four or five times as I made my final selection and then to arrange to receive the ring on a particular day. They were simply amazing, and they have a customer for life!

Blue Nile has been everything I was looking for when purchasing this piece of jewelery , it really is inline with any type of store that sells jewelery .
