Ordered some clothing on special for spouse. Placed order by mail following directions provided, used prices in sales flyer, insured that there was not an expiration date listed. Received clothes in reasonable time, but then billed for additional amount since they apparently were not honoring their own advertised prices. Spending too much time looking for the original sales flyer, time with customer service, explaining to the spouse; the savings were not worth the time required to make things right.

I placed an order with this company and it didn't show up on their website that the order went through. I contacted customer service and they told me that something went wrong in the ordering, it was frozen and would not go through. The next day I placed the order again. Two days later I got a double charge to my bank account. I contacted the company again and they told me that I had two orders being shipped to me. I told them what happened with the first order and the customer service rep told me they had no record of the original order ever being frozen. I was welcome to return the items for a refund, but I would still be charged the shipping. We'll see if they refund any of my money, because all items were clearance items I ordered. Either way, they still stole an additional $15 from me. They lied about the order being frozen, shipped it and charged me for it. I will NEVER order anything from this company again and I would recommend that all online shoppers keep away if you want to keep your money!

I do not understand why people are giving this site 4 stars - it is the WORST! I order a top but when I got it, it was too big. So I used the convenient return label. Much to my surprise, less than half of what I paif for the top was refunded. When I called to find out why, I learned that the convenient return label has an $8.50 fee attached to using it! I could have returned it for far less by going to the post office. What a CRAPPY policy. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again and I suggest everyone else to avoid this site like the plague. Not only is the quality of the items inferior but their return policy SUCKS!

I ordered two clothing items that were in stock when I ordered. One shipped within a few days. I was informed the other was out of stock even though they said it was in stock when I ordered. It arrived 69 days after I ordered it. I complained to their customer service, but couldn't even get an apology. There customer service is almost rude. They don't care if they lose customers evidently. They make something like $500 million a year. No wonder they don't care about their customers.
I will not shop here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find that Blair.com has improved their ordering and delivery this past year. The producs are really good but in the past the shipping took forever. i'm happy that this past year the item I ordered came in right on time.

The denim dress I purchased from Blair was VERY poor-quality.
Now, because of the low price, I was not expecting super-high quality, but I expected it to be similar to JC Penney or another relatively inexpensive store.
The long denim dress looked okay, but the buttons would not stay buttoned! I don't mean that it was tight on me, I mean that the button-holes were literally too large for the buttons, or something!
I wore this dress to work, and it's a good thing I wore leggings underneath, because it was constantly falling open!
The low price is not worth it. You can get relatively inexpensive clothes at JC Penney or Target that are much better than this.
I wore this dress once--just once--and then threw it away. The material was also very thin...okay for summer, but really not okay for other seasons.

There are a lot of what seems to be unnecessary steps to complete the process of making a purchase. would love to have a One-Click option or more embedded information once in My Account mode to streamline the ordering time.
I wish they would just stick to free shipping rather than all the variety like $5 off, 20% off entire order, mystery gift with purchase. I believe most online shoppers are looking for free shipping more than any other offer.
There should be a change in policy if the item is obviously a fault on the part of Blair to allow free return shipping. I have had to keep items that do not fit due to sizing errors on their part because it is not worth spending $5.99 to return it. That is NOT giving 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed as they claim.

My comment would just be that often the online computer status has not caught up with the availability of items (mostly sale items). Maybe that's understandable & it'd be too hard for them to have up to date info. online.
Otherwise, I've been shopping with Blair for several years & really appreciate the ease at which I can buy items. Thanks! ~Sandy

Dress was not as well made as I would have liked. Clasp fell off first time worn and lost.
Shipping took longer than expected. From Pennsylvania to Ohio should not take 11 days. Luckily it arrived before I left Cleveland.
Also Blair enrolled me in a shopping service which I do not want.

THE WEBSITE IS COMPLETLY REDESIGNED NOW AND IT IS A NIGHTMARE, IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER BEFORE THEY RE DID IT. i WILL PROBABLY STILL BUY ONCE IN A WHILE BUT NOT LIKE I DID AND I WILL BE A LOT MORE CAREFUL.

Terrible communication. I was told by 3 different customer service reps. 3 completely different stories. I never did receive my items. I ended up canceling my order. Blair is not ready to do business online. You would think that during these poor and trying economic times, Blair would be bending over backwards to provide superior customer service. They were an excellent company years ago. I guess they don't need the business anymore. I'll never buy from them again and I'm telling everyone I know.
