Items were left at the apartment office with no notification on door. However, found this out through merchant supplied tracking so I did not have to contact them. Blame the carrier rather than the business.

Just received a headboard that I ordered from Bizchair - it's amazing! It took 4 business days from ordering (and I ordered late in the day) until it arrived at my door in Virginia. The quality surpasses what I expected - especially considering this was the cheapest headboard that I could find. I like it better than the products at other stores that were 4x more expensive. And I had no idea that it came with a bedframe, too - which I needed to purchase anyway, so that saved me another $50. Only complaint would be for the website to have listed that the frame was included (the name said "with rails") - but in the end it saved me even more! I promptly received tracking numbers when my items were shipped. Great job Bizchair! I will look to Bizchair for my future home and office needs.

Previously I ordered two bar stools- great price-great construction-great looks! Only downside would be that the price has gone up since my original order. I am now placing an order for another bar stool and I plan to purchase at least two more in the near future. Hopefully, the price won't be going up again. Since these bar stools are the best I could find anywhere and your customer service is the best I would not shop elsewhere! Thanks!

The difficulty was in processing the order. I found promo codes on line, they would not honor. Simply stated they do not ship for free either, despite the promo code. Then getting the quote to ship took too much time. Over a week passed before my order was processed.

I have shopped at Biz Chair in the past and was very pleased with the entire experience. My only complaint with the shopping experience is that there does not seem to be 'review order' page prior to hitting the 'place order' button and seeing the 'order placed' page.

The people were wonderful however the 2 magnetic white boards arrived dented and bent. The second replaced the first in a timely manner and was packaged with much reinforcement however there was a big bend right down the white middle.

"Watch out for chairs that are not in stock even though the website states it is in stock. Website is very poorly updated so a lot of the items seen on the site are not updated in real time and you could be stuck with the company holding your payment for over a week. Ordered on 12/10/2012, they processed order took payment and didn't update on chair status. Called up customer service on 12/12/2012 and they finally stated that the chair was not in stock and they would refund my money but it would take until Tuesday of the week after. Not only did they not update my order status until I intervened but they took the money for the item without doing a stock verification. Order from Amazon or another reputable site instead."

I ORDERED FOLDING EVENT CHAIRS #100 OF THEM AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE DECEPTIVELY NOT THE SAME COLOR AS ADVERTISED ON THE INTERNET. UPON CALLING THE COMPANY THREE TIMES AND ASKING FOR AN RA # I WAS FINALLY GIVEN TO SOMEONE WHO STATED THEY WOULD ADHERE TO THEIR RETURN POLICY AND CHARGE ME 35% RESTOCKING FEE AS WELL AS THE "FREE" DELIVERY CHARGE AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. EVEN AFTER OFFERING TO PURCHASE ANOTHER REPLACEMENT COLOR THEY ADHERED TO THEIR POLICY IN SPITE OF THE OBVIOUS INTERNET DECEPTIVE COLOR. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...I WILL NOT ORDER A REPLACEMENT CHAIR FROM THEM! CHARGES AMT TO HALF THE ORIGINAL ORDER...$856.91 FOR NOTHING!!!!

The folding chair I ordered was beyond my expectations. It was suberb and of wonderful quality, very comforable - I use it to do chair exercises. Very easy to unfold and fold up. It is attractively padded. The price was very reasonable.

Difficult to pick from so many options but the selection is good. Like clothes I don't really know if a chair is comfortable until I sit in it. I ordered one for a colleague, tried it, liked it and ordered another right away.

The website had "Free Shipping on order over $50." But after placing an order for $55, I found out they charged me a shipping fee of $15 with no mention of this until you submit the order. Once you find out about this (outside office hours), there is no option to go back and cancel the order. I've sent them a mail to cancel the order. Let's see what happens.

Ripoff company, stay away. I called them and they told me they had 40 couched in stock and could expect delivery in 5-7 days. 9 days later they had not even shipped the couch. Called them and the gave me the standard: our warehouse is very busy crap. FYI, they order furniture from China and you may get your delvery in 30-45 days at least.
