I ordered from them, and the product came almost immediately. I called their customer service while ordering, and they were helpful and actually had a lot of volleyball knowledge. They even did price matching for me. Great store!

I ordered a pair of spandex shorts there. The website said they'd be backordered for about a week but they ended up shipping a few days later. They did take awhile to ship - nearly two weeks - but I didn't order fast shipping, I ordered standard. Standard is supposed to take 7-10 days, but it's been my experience with other online stores that it usually takes less time than the estimate. It's too bad though, I had a tournament on a Saturday and they came the next Sunday. :( I'd shop on their site again, but I'd make sure to order in plenty of time. The only issue is that they won't return clearance products unless defective, so I would pay more on a different site so I would be able to return an item.

The website is also very poorly organized. I think it uses the same database as their WrestlingOne and Sweet&Powerful companies, because sometimes when you search for an item, volleyball-unrelated items (like wrestling shoes) will show up!
