I was glad to find what I needed. My only criticism of the order process was that there was no apparemt shipping charge evident until the end of checkout.

I am very happy with my new bike and the excellent price. I would consider ordering from Big Fitness in the future. But I was unhappy with the three weeks of poor comunication and uncertainty before I received my bike. I placed my order on 10 june, 2011. I received my order on o1 July, 2001. My online check indicated that my order should take two days to ship from their Rhode Island warehouse. I didn't realize that it had to be shipped from Arkansaw to Rhode Island. My confusion was compounded by poor communication with Big Fittness. I did not receive an estimated delievery date untill the item arrived in Rhode Island (24 July).

Delivery and Installation crew excellent. Delivered product prior to holidays. Arrived early in am and left a fully functional treadmill. My wife is very happy with her present !

BigFitness costumer services responded to my e-mail regarding some of my order really quick, in fact it was within 30 minutes. I received half of my order within 5 days. The other half (the 300lbs weights and the curl set) took a bit longer. They use a third party to send those items since they are really heavy. The problem was with the actual delivery company. I followed my order closely and when the shippment company (R&L) made it to california there was a message asking for me to contact customer service. I called and a male answered, I asked about my shippment and questioned if i had been contacted already which i answered no, then he told me to wait until i get contacted and that the message asking me disregard the message asking me to contact customer service. A couple of hours later i got a call from R&L customer service and we set an appointment, she was really nice and helpfull. We set an appointment for friday afternoon, I waited for hours and nothing. I called again on Monday and they didn't really exactly knew what had happened. So they set another delivery appointment for Tuesday. Finally after 15 days i received my package. Overall customer services is great but the delay of the package really messed everything up.

Email order confirmation includes un-necessary information that if email was hacked in transit compromises customer credit card security. Would recommend changing, could be done with no loss of information in the exchange, in fact emailed customer service to suggest. Other than that shopping experience was completely positive.

My experience with BigFitness was fine. The long wait to ship the product was mildy annoying but I can understand that the product was not in stock. My credit card was charged on December 31. Today is January 13 and I still have yet to receive my product. My real problem is with the courier that was used. UPS is horrible. I was supposed to receive my product yesterday and I still have not received it. I will likely have to wait for tomorrow or later. UPS customer service says the driver (yesterday) could not find my address...and yet, UPS delivered to my house just 2 weeks ago. Because of that delay, the product has been removed from the normal shipping cycle and is being placed aside somewhere at the warehouse. I have called UPS several times with no success. I will not purchase anything from BigFitness again unless I can use another courier.

I purchased the gloves in the wrong size. I contacted Bigfitness by phone and had to leave a message, then I contacted them by email. I was told that I could drive to them to exchange them. I didn't think it was fair to be charged a 15% restocking fee for a pair of gloves that were returned to them in the original shipping package and box. After the exchange was made I was unable to receive a receipt because the women didn't know how to use the computer, she said she would email a copy to me, which I still have not received!!! Very poor customer service!!!! I am giving these as a Christmas gift and do not know what I will do if they are incorrect, I have no receipt.

2 Revolving Stirrup Handle w/Rubber Grips for weight machine. Ordered this product on Nov 25th. Website stated that the product is available which gives the impression that the product is in stock ready for shipping. Received 1 handle on Dec 1st. One handle missing. No note or explanation of why? I contacted the merchant by email and they stated that the other handle was on back-order with no date of delivery. If I would have known this from the beginning I would shopped elsewhere.

The merchandise is very good quality and the service is great. The only problem I had is the handle on the case that the Heavy Hands came in was broken. Other then that - I was very satisfied. I will shop there again.

Product arrived on time with a few dings in shipping carton, but these were from the trucking co., not Big Fitness. Product was well packaged so as to prevent any delicate parts from being damaged in transit. product assembled well, and I have had no problems with it. The location of the water bottle holder under the seat is a bit awkward, but again, this is not an issue with Big Fitness, as it is Schwinn's design.

Big Fitness Is A Good Company To Deal With.Only Problem Was With Yellow Freight Shipping Company.Took Over 3 Weeks To Get Product.I Was Told It Was On A Truck 3 Days In A Row Took Time Off Of Work To Wait.Fianlly Got.PS Try Using Another Freight Company..............
