The merchandise is back ordered until march, however, I paid for it 5 minutes after the order was placed. Most co. charge when back orders are ready to be shipped.

This item was apparently drop-shipped from the factory. Although I contacted the seller to cancel the order, I was too late to stop the shippment. I refused the package and had it shipped back to the factory. I expect that a refund for the purchase price will be made soon.

They carry products no one else does. Their products are very good quality, also. The bed skirt I ordered is a good quality wrap around -- very hard to find.

I ORDERED ON NOV.16 AND IT IS NOW DEC. 7TH AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ALL MY ORDER. I MIGHT ORDER IN THE FUTURE IT DEPENDS ON WHAT I NEED AND IF I CAN FIND IT IN THE STORES HERE.

Having the same problem as some others on here. Ordered a product a month ago and not in stock. Telling me it will be here and then isn't. The rep has been good enough to update me immediately when I email her, but the stock still isn't there. New house and no curtains. Wonderful. Tried to order another curtain and those aren't in stock. You can come to your own conclusions.

Finding the needed product and ordering was fine. My only problem was that the item was charged and posted to our credit card service BEFORE the item shipped. This caused my writing our accounting group to get an exception to their deadline in reconciliation of the charge account. We did received it on the last day before I would have had to dispute the charge since I had not received it. Our other vendors do not post the charge until item has actually shipped.

Will never order from this store again. Ordered curtains on 6/12/12 and never received them as of 7/17/12 when I cancelled the order. Customer service was not very helpful. The confirmation and tracking indicated the curtains would be shipped in one to two weeks. The first time I called customer service the week of july 4th I was told that the warehouse was closed for the week and that they should be done after that week. As of today on the tracking it indicated the items would be shipped in one to two weeks. I called customer service on 7/16/12 as was told they would email me the status that day. Nothing. I called again today and cancelled the order. This order was over $228.00 and they were paid on 6/12/12. They did return the money to my paypal account today, but now i have to shop for curtains again.

I was happy to receive my item. I wish the other items I had wanted were available and I would have purchased they here also. Good experience though :) Julie in particular was a wonderful help and kept in communication. I really appreciated her.

Do not purchase from this store. I ordered childrens curtains on May 1st 2012, they sent me an automated response telling me it would come in 4-7 days (I figured great as the website stated 5-7 days). After 7 business days I contacted them and Julie said mid-May as it was on back order. On May 31st I contacted them again and they told me sorry, mid-June. I do not believe they are capable of delivering products, the real kicker is that they still offer the product online and it says 5-7 days. Plus should the customer have to ask for an update if they know all of their products are back ordered ahead of time?

Today's date is 5/21/12. I placed an order #72182 on 4/29/12. My order was to ship in 1 to 2 weeks. I received an email from Susan in customer service 5/9/12 stating that there is a fabric shortage and fabric will not be re-shipped for 90 days. Customer service asked if I would like to wait 90 days. I spent a few days trying to find something on the Bed Bath Store website to replace my original order-and I may have as I ordered a swatch from the irradessa collection. My reply on 5/18/12 was to cancel my order and in my reply I asked for a confirmation of the order cancellation. (I do not want to place another order before receiving the order cancellation confirmation). To my surprise, Susan at C.S replied, "I will contact the manufacturer to cancel the order. Once they confirm to me I will confirm back to you via email.".
My contract is with the Bed Bath Store.com not the manufacturer of the fabric who supplies product to the Bed Bath Store. My order confirmation from the Bed Bath Store stated that I would have my order shipped in 1 to 2 weeks. The Bed Bath Store cannot fulfill their contractual obligation and therefor should be the entity to provide me with an order cancellation-Not the fabric manufacturer. I will not place another order with the Bed Bath Store until I recieve an order cancellation. Poor business ethics make me reluctant to order something else.

received email saying all items shipped, but some did not arrive - note inside box saying they would arrive in a couple weeks. So why not just say in the original email what was shipping? Found that odd.
Also, took a package of curtains and bent them in half to fit in a triangular box with curtain rods. I wasn't too happy with that.
