Thr product that I ordered seemed to discontinued in the store where I had purchased it the last time. After searching the internet, I found the product through beautydeals.net and ordered. I felt the price was higher than had I found it in the stores, since I had to pay a shipping fee which you don't always have on the internet, but I am happy with the product and would use this company again in the future.

Everything went smoothly as it should have. Most important was the prices were excellent.

Overall, the experience was good but the time it took to receive goods was a little lengthy.

I have since returned to make additional purchases. The prices are excellent and the website is relatively easy to navigate. I would recommend this site.

Great shopping experience. Easily found what I wanted and made my selection and before I knew it, my order had arrived. Would most happily order from here again.

My initial order was lost: UPS's website claims to have delivered it, but it was delivered to my home. One week later, I received a call from Beauty Deals stating they would reship the order because UPS never found the 1st package. I received the 2nd shipment in almost a weeks time. All of this was frustrating, especially, the waiting part, but I was treated very well by Beauty Deals when I informed them I never received the package. In short, the delay can be blamed on UPS, and Beauty Deals gave me good customer service.

They don't carry all products one would expect, and occasionally, it is difficult to find some of the products. These are minor shortcomings. Overall, I like this website.

The only problem I had was the pricing. You can get the same products for the same price at a salon the only problem is you don't pay for shipping. I was just in a situation I needed it to be shipped to me. But besides this I found everything I needed which is very rare. It was quick and convenient. Thanks, Marco
