These folks were horrible to deal with. Ordered a pair of dumbbells from Bayou Fitness on eBay.  Took one week to ship, which was slow, but not the end of the world.  Once they finally arrived, one was defective (very, very shoddy manufacturing).  Took 10 days for them to provide a RMA number.  Once the RMA number was finally provided, I was then advised there was a 15% restocking fee (no mention of a restocking fee in their return policy anywhere, I checked).  That 15% restocking fee was on top of the return shipping I would have to pay, to return a defective item.  What a bunch of nonsense.  Bayou Fitness' customer service was very poor.  I'm now stuck with junk (after return shipping costs and the resocking fee, it doesn't pencil out, so no point returing them unless I want to throw more good money after bad).  I will never deal with Bayou Fitness again.

Very quick shipping and the bench is worth every penny. It is by far better than the benches at my local gym. If you need a bench, this is the one.

I purchased a recumbant bike and about a week later got a notice that it was out of stock. I chose another model and delivery was extremely slow. Once I opened the box I noticed several smashed plastic pieces inside and all the decals were torn off. I contacted the company and have had nothing but rude service. I am told today that if I want to pay to ship it back I can. No mentionn of a replacement, etc. What really gets me is being hung up on by their customer rep dude when I tried to insist that a replacement be sent. He wants me to order replacement parts instead. I do not recommend the headache you will get ordering from this company. Spend a few more bucks and you'll be a lot happier. I'm stuck with a joke bike and a bad taste. Thanks for nothing Bayou Fitness!

Ordering was easy; delivery was blazingly fast-just 2 days from placing the door to being put on my doorstep. This is a Christmas gift to my son so I haven't opened the box yet to see if chair is intact or all the parts are there. This is my first purchase from Bayou Fitness and I have been very impressed so far. I hope the quality of the chair and the integrity of the contents of the box continues to impress me when the box is opened and the chair is put together.

Two full days for FedEx to even pick up shipment from Bayou Fitness is unacceptable in view of $50 shipping charge.

MY TRAINER CAME IN UNDER A WEEK. IT SET UP IN MINUTES. THE TRAINER REALLY WORKS THE MUSCLES. I'VE WORKED OUT ON ALOT OF MACHINES, THIS IS A GREAT ADDITION TO MY GYM.

I am very pleased with the exercise bike I purchased and find the quality of the product more than I expected. I found the hardware needed to assemble the bike was high quality and the fit and function excellent. The instructions were vague at times and some of the steps were for another model or improvements made without making the changes in the instructions. The electronic connections seem light duty and fragile for use on an exercise machine but time will tell if this will be a problem. Assembly took about 1 1/2 hours but this does not include unpackaging and verifying the carton contents.

Bayou Fitness has a good line of products. The one I chose happened to be on sale and checkout and shipment tracking were easy.

Excellent products at very good prices. This is my second purchase and they have meet or exceeded my expectations both times.

Everything went smooth

Customer service has been good to work with, but the total trainer pilates system that I received as been nothing but problems. I haven't been able to use it yet because of a manufacturing defect that does not allow the slide board to go up the rails without hitting the cross bar on the frame. They are sending me a new one (I don't think it will help because the problem is on the frame) but I haven't received it yet. I planned on using it for exercise the last week. Instead it just takes up room in apartment. Maybe I should have chose vigorfit?

The MCB-5700 Deluxe Mid-Size Bench came with excellent assembly instructions. The only shortcoming I noted at the BF site is that it did not offer accessories (i.e. Bar bells). In any case it is a very good equipment.

Shopping was easy. I compared other products to the one I bought and I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. The product is very well built and so far I'm feeling the effects of the work out. the box that it came in look like it was wet and went to war and came out on the bad side. there are some part that are not in go shape.

It's been 10 days and i still havn't received my Totaltrainer. This is terrible service especially from a company that promises quick delivery. I've called them several times and the customer service people have been rude and not understanding or helpful at all. They blame me as i payed with Paypal,but money switched from my bank almost instantly as i checked it minutes after placing the order. I tryed to cancel the order and they refused and within an hour i get a receipt that it has suddenly shipped. I will never buy from these people again(and i planned to buy some upgrades from them) no matter how good the product turns out to be,which i have great doubts about at the moment. So far this has been a terrible shopping experience. I plan to warn others online of my disappointment. I'm just waiting to actually get the product so I can evaluate it's quality and post my comments on various blogs.
