SHIPPING ISSUE
I placed an order and instead of opting for free shipping I chose to pay for 2 day shipping as I needed the items quickly. I placed an order on a Tuesday and was attending a shower on Sunday. I used PayPal to pay for order instead of a credit card. The order should have arrived on Thursday. On Friday I checked online for the order status and there wasn't an update; nothing indicating a shipment had been processed and no tracking information. I checked my PayPal account and the payment had been processed on Tuesday. I then called customer service to find out that the order was going out that very day - FRIDAY. I certainly would not have received it by Saturday in order to have a gift to take to the shower. I cancelled my order and after the representative checked to make sure it had not gone out told me that I would receive an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation within 15 minutes. It is now Saturday - NO EMAIL NO CREDIT TO PAYPAL. I am out $75 and still have to buy a gift to take to the shower.

The only snag I ran into, was I provided the incorrect address, however, when I called the shipping co. (UPS) I was advised that I had to wait until the package was marked as undeliverable before I could change it to the correct address. I expressed my concern that it would be delivered to the wrong address and not returned. I was assured by the operator at UPS, that they wouldn't do that and that they would confirm that they had the right person before leaving the packakge. I took the initiative to go to the address that I had provided and luckily the honest man at this address said the package had arrived and he turned it over to me. I know this is an issue that I need to bring up with UPS, but just wanted to note this.

Bad customer service/Return policy. I had to return a window valence due to sizing issue and used up the one time return insurance. When I needed to return a bedding/lamp set from the same order after that-- they told me I was now responsible for those return charges. I was told that they could not just switch out the return so that I would cover the valence return at my own cost-the lighter item- and then use the insurance to cover the cost of the heavier items (bedding/lamp). Surely they could make it work somehow---especially to to keep a customer that was going to reorder from them that very same day. Maybe a litttle more complicated to reverse/redo but still doable. I can order what I need for cheaper from elsewhere and am now planning to do just that. A company unwilling to work with you when an order gets a little complicated will lose my business every time. So now I "eat" the return cost of the heavier part of my order---No more Baby SuperMall for me! Not happy with my experience at all!!

Love it! I got my son's nursery decor and crib bedding 4 years ago, and I shopped here again for my newborn daughter. Great prices, products, variety, accessories, quality and shipping. I love checking the website for new styles that come out too!! Awesome website in my opinion.

BabySuperMall has great products and I would recommend them to anyone. Navigating the site and searching for items is very easy and they have great products. The only thing I would change is I wish they had free returns if you want to send an item back that wasn't what it looked like online. Other than that, great place to shop!

I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. Their return policy is very deceptive. It advertises free shipping and the option to purchase a return protection plan for $4.95 - leading you to believe that you will be out only $4.95 for any item returned. They don't state that in addition to the $4.95, they will also deduct the cost they incurred when originally shipping the item to you, even though it was marketed as free. They do not have the best prices and their marketing is downright deceptive. Customer service could care less about making this right. Buyer Beware!

I received my order promptly. However, there were Major holes punched in the side of the box which were taped over by someone during the shipping process. We opened the box and inspected it. Lucky for us there was no internal damage to the stroller or car seat. If I had had this box shipped directly to someone, I'd not have been pleased with it looking the way it did. I think a little more could've been done with the packaging before shipping to make sure that it arrived in the best possible shape. When used for gifts, the outside of the box is what is seen first and that impression is what is had of what is on the inside.

BUYER BEWARE....this is a very deceptive 'free' shipping policy. While they advertise "free" shipping for any order over $69 and a return guarantee, the reality is that if you choose to return part of your order they will deduct the original "free" shipping from your order at an inflated rate. I ordered 3 sets and am keeping one that is more than double the $69, but still they are keeping more than $16 for the 2 sets I am returning with the explanation that the shipping would no longer be free for those. This is one of the worst policies I've seen and its hidden in the fine print - not even on the link for more information about free shipping.

I recieved our order and part of the bedding was unravelling so I wanted to return and exchange. My husband called for the required RFA number and the rep told him he had to take a picture of the defect and send it to them in order to get a return number. Their policy is 90 days to return if unsatisfied and I emailed them to express my dissatisfaction and the response was more appropriate, but we still don't have a return number....my first experience with this company so I'm not sure I will shop here again...it depends on how this plays out...
