Shipment was delayed for some reason. Tracking info provided did not give any tracking dates. No usable info such as shipping status was available.

Overall good, except for this is a very heavy product, the trailer driver couldn't make it into the neighborhood due his oversized trailer, need to met at a side road. I can not belive a set of simple instructions is not included with the product!! Color and fitmen good

The timing on the shipment was very fast. I use my towing gear for leisure, but it arrived with urgency. I imagine a commercial enterprise would be very happy with the speed and quality.

The front seat covers I bought from AutoAnything last year were good. The rears I bought recently were not near the quality of the fronts. I know it was not AutoAnythings problem. The sewing was poor with one attachment loop not sewed on properly. These were also impossible to put on the backs of the seats without removing the seats. They do look good when I finally got them on though.

I had a great experience online, particularly with the live chat, only to get the purchase home, unpack it, and realize it wasn't exactly the item I had looked at online. Although I was a bit disappointed, I installed them. Despite the product not installing quite right (one of the brackets didn't fir properly), I was able to install them and they're working just fine.

The bed rails were exactly as described and arrived quickly. The price was the best I could find and the product was very good. Installation was very easy. The package arrived in North Dakota before I had the chance to track its progress.

I was quoted a shipping charge while I was making my purchase with a online sales person. I completed the purchase, but I never received any conformation. So when I went back to the site, I was assisted by another online sales person, saying that I didn't complete my purchase. I asked for the total cost and it had changed due to a higher shipping fee. I feel like it was a bait and switch. The online sales person said there was nothing he could do, so I did not complete the sale and purchased what I needed from a local dealership. POOR and Unacceptable business practice!

AutoAnything told me that the two items would fit easily on my F-150. As it turns out they [Paul Widuch and Stephen Johnson] had no working knowledge of their operation. If it were not for Bak's Charly Henley, both items would have been sent back. If installed according to TracRac's instruction the BAKFlip would not open. AutoAnything needs to hire Charly!

The wrong part was sent to me. I asked that the correct parts be sent over night, but was told they won't do it. I'm still waiting for parts.
