I've ordered from ask derm dozens of times. Never once had a problem with quality or shipment. Prices are awesome. If they have what I need (I am a beauty product junkie) I go to ask derm first. I have ordered everything from serums, to moisturizers you name it. They have great specials. I've told many friends about ask derm + they are all thrilled as well.

I am a regular shopper with AskDerm.  My most recent purchase, like all the others arrived very quickly, earlier than promised, and was exactly as ordered.  I am very satisfied with AskDerm.com and will continue using them for future purchases.

I bought the Clarisonic Mia Cleansing System in AskDerm.com  months ago. It took about 3 days to process my order. The package was nice and the stuff was perfect. Besides, there is a personal Account Representative for me, which was special.
I will make the purchase next time if I find something interesting in AskDerm.com. 

I ordered the Clarisonic Mia from AskDerm when they had a great deal on it and I can truthfully say I had a pleasant experience with them. First of all, they seem to always have great deals such as 20-30% off sales or free shipping, which is great. They also add nice extras in your order or have additional specials included, for example I got an extra brush head for the Clarisonic I purchased! Plus, the shipping was fairly quick, despite the fact that the Clarisonics were backordered. The only con I can think of is that they don't carry as many brands as other skincare sites do.

It's been very good. You have a broad selection of products. In fact, you carry just about every product I use. Order accuracy, customer service and delivery speed are excellent. I confess to buying when you have a good sale, as you do have competitors. But few if any have your selection.

I found the exact product I wanted on the easy to navigate "search" bar.
The price, along with the coupon discount and free shipping, were the best anywhere (and believe me, I looked!) The payment was a snap. I used PayPal, which is a huge convenience and making your site even more user friendly. The shipping was fast and professionally packaged. I was completely satisfied with the product, price, and delivery.  I would not hesitate to purchase from AskDerm again.

I've have shopped at AskDerm.com about 5 or 6 times.  All of my experiences have been very good.  The products I order arrive quickly and are well-packaged and fairly priced.    The website is relatively easy to navigate. 

I appreciate that samples are sometimes included, although other companies I've ordered from often send more free samples. 

My only complaint is that they no longer carry Vitamist products I used to order here.

Their delivery time is very fast. Many brands there are hard to be found on other beauty product websites. I love AskDerm.com, and will purchase again in a very short time.I bought the Moroccanoil treatment last time on AskDerm.com, and I really love this product. I have been searching for where to buy this product for a long time until I find AskDerm.com. It has good service and wide range of products to meet different kinds of customers' needs. I have placed several orders with AskDerm.com and now consider them my go to source for any skincare or hair products I need. The site offers a variety of products at reasonable prices and often has coupon offers for additional savings. The product decriptions are detailed, the orders are accurate, and all of my shipments have been recieved in a timely fashion.

The web site is easy to use and ordering was easy too. I received the product withing a week or so and was happy with the product. Great overall service.

Unimpressed... 2 months until products expire.  Cheaply packaged.  Speedly delivery, accurate order shipped.  Product listed as one thing, however, the picture "showed" something different.  Shame on me for reading, but not looking closely at the picture.  Generally disappointed.  Won't use again.

This is a great site. The products were in stock, and shipped quickly. The prices are great, lowest around. Their customer service as great in answering my questions about new product. Love the samples...Great job!!!

My products were delivered when they told me they would be. Everything was in excellent condition and was exactly what I wanted. Great delivery time, the product had over a 2 year expiration. I buy this product all the time and I never got this fresh of product. There also was a gift in my package and samples of other products. AskDerm.com has a customer for LIFE.

The site was easy to use. Every time I chose an item I wished to order it did not send me to the shopping cart a little note just popped up next to the product saying "added to cart," and I was able to continue shopping. When I wanted to check out or view my cart I just had to click on the Shopping Cart tab in the upper left corner of the screen. I was able to choose from three shipping options and I was given the option to place my order on-line then call and 800 number to provide payment information or to enter the payment information on-line. When I called the customer service line with my information the girl I spoke with was friendly and helpful.
