Ordered a "Hamilton" Ladies Watch.  It arrived on time, but it must be a fake.  Very poor quality and the watch bad was broken when it arrived.  Has made in China stamped all over it.  If you want cheap knock off imitations, come to Ashford.

By far the most professional, supportive and helpful CSR's I have dealt with in recent memory. 

I purchased an automatic chronograph watch and had an issue with it.  Their response and effort to help me was outstanding!

I will definitely do more business with them, and so should you!

I just ordered a Movado ladies watch and Gucci ladies watch. The prices were super low. However, after reading so many claims that watches could be counterfeit, I got paranoid and took my watches to a repair shop. They opened up the watches and guess what both had the official swiss movements, no knockoffs.... THEY ARE AUTHENTIC GUCCI AND MOVADO! Ashford.com gets some pretty poor reviews, but my recent experience was pleasant. For $400, I got $1400 worth of watches!

I ordered two watches online from Ashford.com a few days before Christmas. I spent extra for the two day shipping. Ashford began calling my home number and emailing me to get credit card verification. I called their verification line two times and left the information. I emailed two times to find out where my order was. Today is Saturday, two days after Christmas and still no response from Ashford. I have not received the order,nor have they responded to my four messages.

This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced from an online store. I will not order from them again. The online store states
" Get it December 24th". NOT SO! Don't worry about poor service, in my case it has been " no service ".

I am very happy with my wifes new citizen Silhouette watch. The prices are lower than anyone else I could find. they had a shipping problem but as soon as I called them they fixed it as fast as they could. there service is A+. Joe the supervisor was very nice and got things right fast. Thank you.  Magillar

I purchased a Seiko SNA414 and can not be more happy. The price was a steal and it arrived 1 day before Christmas. My brothers are so jealous. It came in the original box with three bookletts on how to operate the main functions. The watch even came wrapped on a pillow. If I'm looking for a new watch I would definitely buy it from Ashford. Thir price and customer service are excellent.

I ordered a Movado on Monday.  They claim to have shipped it on Wednesday, UPS only showed billing information received.  I called Ashford twice on Thursday to find out if there was a problem.  I was told they would call me or email me an  answer.  I didn't hear anything so I called on Friday.  When I called I was put on hold for five minutes, then sent into voice mail.  I called back and was on hold for twenty minutes, their system continually tells you what number you are in line and how much longer it would be, I was finally the next customer to supposedly be helped and it sent me into voice mail again.  I have no idea where the watch is, did it ship??  Christmas is only a few days away and I can't get an answer. 
I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.  Good prices mean nothing without customer service.

Cancelled a Christmas gift that showed up as in stock on the website. Offered no explanation and no apology, and no compensation. They were very slow in informing me of the cancellation, it took close to a week for them to tell me. They didn't inform me with an apology or with an email. They used Google Checkout and a 1 line reason for the cancellation: Item out of stock. Very poor customer service.
In this big wide world of e-commerce there are so many companies doing things right, why bother with a company stuck in the dark ages?
Its only a little annoying have a Christmas gift cancelled in late October. However imagine if this situation had happened in mid November, that would be a disaster.
I dont trust this company enough to ever order from them again, and I believe if you order something as a gift you could be put in a bad spot because of their poor inventory control.

The receipt and certificate of authenticity made me even more certain and pleased with my Ashford.com experience. Ashford.com's quality of merchandise is very good. The only problem I encountered was with UPS. Their service was horrendous. If I select a different courier service to deliver my purchases in the future from Ashford.com I definitely would do so.
