I did have some trouble ordering on line but figured it out eventually. It wasn't the easiest site to use for ordering, perhaps because of the personalization feature. Was happy about the free shipping! Still haven't received the packages and when I tried to track it, they had sent me the wrong link...they sent a UPS link but it is coming FED EX!!! Once I figured that out, I realized it is due to be delivered on Wednesday, May 29. You can follow up after that if you have more questions for me.

The merchant no longer had the item and could not receive more from the manufacturer. The refund process was quick and courteous.

Ordered these for my god-daughter & her brother. Have not seen them yet, but their mom says the personalization was correct & the kids just LOVE the backpacks. The little boy already had his filled up with all his little cars & was playing with the stuffed horse. The stuffed animals also let you put things in them which we didn't know when we ordered. They have a great selection to choose from & would definitely order from them again.

Shopping online was easy and convenient. Haven't received product yet. Has been 10 days.

I placed an order online only to have it followed up with a voicemail that one of the pieces of luggage was sold to me when there were no more of those items in inventory. I placed 2 follow-up calls based on their instruction to call back to see if any more had came in on their shipments only to be told to call back yet again because they were not for sure when their shipment was going to arrive. I ordered these pieces of luggage to use for our vacation and the one piece will probably not make it in in time to even allow me to use it. I have since ordered the exact same piece of luggage from an alternative vendor and will get it in plenty of time and am planning on canceling my other order with ArtCraft Gifts. The only thing I will miss is having my little boy's name embroidered on the bag but it isn't worth the hassle and trying to deal with people that obviously aren't into providing good customer service and fixing the mistake that was made to ensure having a return customer.

It was easy to order, liked the no shipping charge, the merchandise was packaged to arrive safely, arrived timely, merchandise was of quality.

I would give 10/10 if I had received in one shot all my order. But they had some delays regarding one article. In the futur, if I need Laurel Burch articles I'll consider them again.

i love the boucle and other throws you sell. i used to buy them locally, but the store stopped carrying them. it was a long time before i found other places that carried kennebunk throws. they are warm in the winter and light and cool in the summer. they make great gifts too. hope you never stop carrying them!!!

Fast shipping and item was as described!

The shopping experience was great, but the item i received had a chip in the paint and there is nothing on the order form about returns/exchanges, so I called the company and two days later, have not received a call back. If they help me exchange the item, I may potentially shop there again in the future.

A wonderful company. I've only bought their Pot Belly banks, so I can't speak to their other products, but they're unique, beautiful, and so well made. In addition, I've ordered from them several times and their customer service is fantastic.
