I live in Denver and didn't want to do business with Lamps Plus who charged more for the shade replacement I wanted. Lite Source told me about Arcadian Lighting so I called and Juniah was most helpful in finding the lamp shades I needed for less money - with a 10% discount to boot!

I love the great customer service I received at Arcadian Home. One customer service rep by the name of Sandy was a God sent to me, she helped me in every way possible to fix my issues and get me a replacement item. * When the manufacturer (Nora Lighting) sent me 1 wrong item, Arcadian Lighting (Juniah M.) helped arranging the return promptly & credited back my account as soon as they received it. Very fast!

I was surprised that Arcadian Home customer service was so easy to work with. They are polite and professional to follow up on my questions and order issues. The website is well designed and the prices are great! Overall, it was a very good experience!

Amanda and Sandy found a problem with my order, called me immediately and helped me find the parts I was looking for. They anticipated the problem I would have had with out me asking. They deserve the highest praise for customer relations. I have dealt with hundreds of supply houses and suppliers and never have I had such a positive experience.
However, the reason I made the mistakes I did were caused by what I consider to be a rather unorganized and difficult to navigate website. And I use supplier web sites every day. Take a Que from Mcmaster.com or Amazon.com Good luck, I'll be back. -Kurt

My contact person is nice but I am still waiting to return two lights where one was broken and I didn't want to keep either of them due to poor quality (my opinion). The other set of lights~one was incorrect & that was quickly fixed. But I really want to return the other 2 as they are expensive & I would like my money back. No word on the return. I've called a couple times. I think we're waiting for the 'manufacturer' to get me a RA #.

I was VERY impressed with Arcadian Lighting's service.
I ordered pendant lights in June 2012, specifying that they not be shipped until after October 15. No further calls or reminders were required since the lights arrived, beautifully packed, on October 17. I have been recommending this company to others ever since.

I contacted customer service about a small problem with my floor lamp. The emails I received from customer service were clearly from an employee that barely spoke English - the emails were poorly written and uncomprehensible.

The globe broke on one of my lights just after installation. Arcadian's customer service group and the firm's return/replacement policies are world class. Response from the customer service rep was quick and very efficient. I received my replacement globe hassle free and in record time. This high level of customer service is seldom seen these days. I would recommend Arcadian to anyone!

Many online stores have an easy return policy. This one charges 20% restocking as well as the return postage. I should have gone to a local store instead. The same merchandise is available through lighting stores.

I had a question about the color of the light fixture and sent them an email. "Amanda" replied quickly and answered my question, and even went as far as to tell me how many they had in stock. I ordered the 2 lights and they arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed. Thanks!

I placed an online order five days ago, and I still have not received ANY acknowledgement of my order. I've tried searching for my order on Arcadian Lighting's website, but it can never locate my order. I have sent the company two emails and have not received ANY response. I tried calling them, but the calls continue to roll over to voice mail. I finally received a call from them, apparently a result of my previous email, on the same day my order was delivered. POOR COMMUNICATION is my impression of Arcadian Lighting. I will be hesitant to use them in the future.

This was an extraordinary shopping experience. I love the lamp, but there was an inaccurate detail in the description from the manufacturer (saying that it had a dimmer). When I contacted Arcadian Lighting about this discrepancy, their communication was swift and outstanding. They offered me several gracious options to correct the situation. I kept the lamp and purchased a dimmer on my own. I would shop at Arcadian again and recommend it for any lighting needs.
