I ordered a pendant from Apples of Gold because they had a different selection at better prices than any other place I checked on the web.  Having never heard of them before, I felt I was taking a bit of a chance.  However, my experience was terrific!  My pendant was even better than described and the shipping was very quick.  I will certainly be a return customer over many years to come!

I ordered a sapphire and diamond ring on layaway and paid it off the month before my wedding. When it arrived the stones were crooked, uneven and not level. I returned it to be fixed and it came again looking better but still like junk. The sapphire baggettes were crooked in the channel settings, the round diamonds were not lined up and flush. I was out of a ring just in time for my wedding. It still dissapoints me to this day. Their excuse was that the ring was no longer made by their manufacturer but it was listed as available when I put it on layaway and removed from the website shortly thereafter. I tried again with myjewelrysource.com and was very happy with the prices, customer service and most importantly QUALITY!

I received my blue and white diamond ring which is very beautiful and sparkly in less than a week of ordering. I had contacted customer service and they replied back the same day within hours. I couldn't be more please with the ring and the service from this company. I would do business with them again.

Items came in two days but it was not what i ordered, kind of the same but not what i ordered. They assured me that they would change it for the right product which was nice however by this time i was over the whole thing and decided to get my money back. I was very dissappoint that even though it was obviously not what i ordered, i had to pay for the return shipping on the product. I feel any company that was genuinely out to meet a certain level of customer service would have sent a prepaid envelope so that i could have returned the product they wrongefully sent for free.  oh it was a birthbay gift to myself so needless to say i woke up with nothing. Money was return to my card in about a week.

I LOVE MY RINGS!!  My sister introduced me to Apples of Gold because she loved the quality of their jewellry.  I wanted unusual wedding rings and I found them.  The rings were exactly as pictured !!  The customer service was EXCELLENT.  I am an international customer with separate billing and shipping addresses yet Apples of Gold worked with me to ensure smooth delivery.  Any issues were on my end only.  I must admit that I can't stop sneaking and wearing them even though my wedding is a month away. 

It was wonderful!  Jaime gave intuitive, efficient, and very responsive customer service.  Her attitude and service puts Apples of Gold on the top of the heap.  We also appreciate the manufacturer's willingness to shorten their process on our behalf.  Thank you for being a company that includes 'caring about the customer' in your product line.

The ring was exactly what I would hoped it would be. My husbands wedding ring had been stolen in a recent home invasion robbery. The ring from from Apples of Gold was almost an exact match. The ordering process went smoothly. And had anticipated more communication with the company. However, I was more than disappointed with the communication I received with Apples of Gold. I was surprised that I was not notified of when my order would be shipped. I had not received any notification about my order until the day the order arrived. I received an e-mail with a Fed Ex tracking number at 1:30pm, but the order was left at my front door at 12:20pm. Having recent theft in the area, I would recommend closer communication with your customers. I was glad that I happened to be home when the doorbell rang. However, before I could even get to the door the order had been dropped off and the Fed-Ex driver was gone. A $300 ring may not be a lot to some people. But, I would have been very upset to have not received it.

It took over two and a half weeks to get my order in, making the gift late, It didnt arrive on schedule whatsoever making it a major inconvience with my work schedule. and frankly i think i shouldve gone with someone else for this product.

Delivery speed was unacceptable due to lack of proper shipment method. The website allows you to "select" which method of shipment and I selected USPS for various reasons. This company still chose UPS and I ran into a lot of problems.

Mine was likely an isolated incident, but I paid for a product and specific service...they delivered on the product but not the service. Depending on the item, I would probably do business with again

Great ring thanks to Titanium rings and great price thanks to Apples of gold. There was a problem with the rings being made (a machine broke down) and they were a week late but Titanium rings kept me up to date since Apples of Gold would not respond to any emails, messages left on their answering machine and would rarely answer their phone. When they did the operator told me it had been shipped a week earlier and they had no tracking number which was not true and they acted like I was a bother to them and they didn't care--Hello these are my WEDDING RINGS and I luckily got them in time thanks to Titanium Rings. Apples of Gold only answered their phone 4 times and they never responded to the two messages I left so it is not like I was a pest I just wanted an answer. Thank You again Richard with Titanium rings-for all of your help and for taking the time to keep me updated when I couldn't get Apples of Gold to give a flip.

Not sure of #7 because the workmenship was not as good as I would have liked. The links were not smooth and hang up. The detail on the Blessed Mother was poor. Also a 14k stamp is NOT used to assure its quility.
