I have problem with their product. I filed RMA form, shoot an email to support@antonline.com, and have already been waiting for four days, no response. I called up the agents and they promised I would receive response within 24 hours, still no response. The agents are easily reachable over the phones, but if its just all plain talks nothing can be solved!! I need to see some real actions, some response from the support team. Question is, why is it so hard to send an email back? I need to use it ASAP! If I don't hear from them anytime soon, I will consider asking for full refunds and file claims and complaints, period. Good thing I purchased their product from Amazon and not directly from Antonline.com

They were majorly delayed on sending me an item I bought on Amazon. They hadn't sent it when it should have already arrived. So I tried to cancel and buy elsewhere. They were unhelpful and delayed in their responses and shows no concern. I had to buy elsewhere before getting any refund from the original purchase. I am still battling them on the refund.

Stay away from ANT online.
I purchased a product on BestBuy Online, a CNET router.
I though I was purchasing from BestBuy, but it is actually sold and shipped by ANT Online.
ANT Online shipped the wrong product and refuse to pay for postage to return it.
Their customer service is this same poor girl that is only authorized to open tickets that dead end in no resolution.
Stay away from ANT online!!!

Ordered a simple Caller ID which came very quickly. Suprised to find myself in Amazon when I hit Purchase.
Well, the thing is not working properly. There are 3 vertical lines on the ID that do not display, making it impossible to read phone numbers. Filed complaint 3 times with Antonline and no response. Amazon asked me if I had any problems with the item or Antonline. I explained my problem: item is not working properly, no response from Antonline. Now no response from Amazon. What is going on. Oh, the items only cost $16.00 shipping included. could that be the problem???

I oredered a Viewsonic VP2365-LED 23-Inch Wide e-IPS LED Monitor on 1-11-2012 and as of 1-17-2012 my Amazon account shows Shipping Soon.
I feel like 6 days is enough time to process the order. This morning I cancelled the order and re-ordered from B&H. The delivery is scheduled in two days.
The price is the same an ANTOnline. I didn't see the B&H option or I would have ordered from them first. I have always had excellent service from them.
I felt that since ANTOnline was ordered through Amazon that they would be a reliable retailer. Guess I was wrong.

Yeah, right! It would have been nice if they had sent me that email 6 days ago and I'd be looking at my new monitor right now.

I love Amazon. But my experience with this Amazon reseller was terrible. ANTOnline was awful to do business with. I purchased a bottle of perfume for my wife as a gift. As a Prime member, I used express shipping. When it arrived the bottle was broken and the perfume had soaked through the packaging.
However, that isn't what bothered me. The company's return policy was terrible. They were rude and hung up on me when I tried to expedite the return and credit.
While I love Amazon, this is the only bad experience I have ever had buying through Amazon.
I now avoid anything on Amazon from ANTOnline. If you think you will get Amazon's service and attitude, think again. I was very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LYING THIEVES! They sent me TWO of one color of laser toner totally useless and very expensive. I tried to RMA the extra one and they refused to let me return it. Amazon's system makes a mistake and they use it to make extra money off of you. Don't get stuck like I did.
Their customer service is very deceitful and they do every thing through email - you can't call and get help. I thought Amazon was better than this to allow a company that has SO MANY complaints in its network.

Atlanta Network Technologies ANTOnline.com would not ship the product that I ordered and canceled my order, because I provided a p.o. box address when I paid with paypal. My billing and shipping address is a p.o. box for a very simple reason - I live in a town where USPS does not deliver to home addresses. They did not respond to my proposal to provide them with my street address for UPS/FEDEX delivery. First of all, I live close to Atlanta. Second I never had such problem before (online) and I believe this is quite dumb to refuse a perfectly good customer. I did not lose anything, they refunded the money right away, but I wasted my time. I can buy this product elsewhere, but I will never go shop at this website again.
Conclusion: many individual contractors, shops, stores and even big business in the United States are well fed, have many customers and are lazy. They don't need more business and this is why this crisis and even worse - a famine may hit the USA soon. To teach the spoiled lazy people what real life is.

Horrible. They never shipped my item. They made a UPS shipping label with a tracking number, but when I checked the UPS website and entered the tracking number, UPS confirmed that it had never received the package from them for shipping. I contacted them and asked for a status update and they never responded. I then had to go through the claims process through Amazon for a refund.

when notified Antonline said to return and I had to pay shipping to return.
They refunded purchase price only, did not offer to replace product so I am out $9.42 shipping and have nothing to show for it.

Bought through Amazon Marketplace.
UPS tracking said they failed to put the street address on the package (address which I know is correct as it has been used for a dozen Amazon orders). UPS tracking clearly indicates product is on its way back to ANTOnline.
ANTOnline refused to ship a replacement order to the correct address or to refund my payment, even though they could see the tracking back to them and that it was their fault.
Email responses were delayed and curt. A phone call to a person who claimed to be the "Customer Service" (what a joke) manager and to report to the CEO produced no results.
Amazon reversed the charges.

I had an extremely poor experience with AntOnline. Before making an order, I discussed the return policy with a customer service representative to make sure I could return the item if not happy. After the order was received, I requested to return it and was subsequently denied. Customer Service was very rude, did not follow up on my appeal and basically told me tough luck. I will never order from ANTOnline again. Their return policy/process is deceptive and dishonest. Only buy any item from them if you are 100% sure it will arrive undamaged and you will be completely satisfied with it. Otherwise, be aware that you likely not have any luck returning any item (damaged or not).

Item was damaged and they wanted me to ship the item back to them within 10 days and pay for it. I can understand if I ordered wrong item or changed my mind but it is ridiculous to have to pay for shipping (twice) on an item that was broken. Also I have never heard of a 10 day return policy. Obviously this is set up that way because they ship a lot of damaged items and do not want them back. I would suggest not buying anything from this company.

Ordered from ANTOnline via Amazon. $900 printer. Was supposed to ship within 48 hours. A week later it still hadn't shipped. We had to call. the "shipped" it the next day and we received notification and a tracking number from Amazon. A week later we still didn't have it. They sent som BS saying it was damaged in transit AFTER we contacted them to find out where it was. Asking us if we still wanted it or should they refund. We called to get them to do the right thing and two day it. They wouldn't. Because we only paid for ground. As soon as we got off the phone they sent us an email saying that Amazon was cancelling the order. We called Amazon and they not only didn't cancel it, they would never do that. The tracking number they had given us (originally provided by ANTOnline) was bogus. Never entered the shippers system.
ANTOnline is a scam, their customer service is more of a disservice.

I ordered from antonline 2 months ago. I still have not received my purchase. They charged my account and said they would find out what happened. They have made ME call UPS numerous times. I've called, emailed antonline this entire time and they keep giving me the runaround. They refuse to give me a refund or another product to replace the one they have lost. I bought a wired landline phone from Antonline. It did not work - the microphone in the handset was dead, the caller ID did not work, and the speakerphone function did not work. The phone was useless.
Antonline directed me to their returns page. Completing the forms on the returns page would have required that I agree to a restocking charge if I'd gone that route. I refused to agree to paying a restocking fee for a defective product. They said they'd refund without a restocking charge if I returned the junk phone. I paid the return postage and sent the phone back, and they refunded the purchase price, but not shipping and handling, which was half of the purchase price.
So they made a profit on the shipping, and now they get to ship the useless phone to someone else and rip them off.

The good reviews and the great prices all seemed promising until I had a service problem. I received two boxes of expensive HP photo paper both of which had been damaged probably at the factory as the shipping looked fine. Usually one gets a free ride back to the store that delivered the damaged goods via a pre-paid UPS label. Not so at AntOnline. Had to pay it myself. And I requested a product replacement rather than a refund and got no response at all. I called support and "Zak" told me that I could have exercised the product warranty by contacting HP and letting them sort it out. He also couldn't tell me if the product had been successfully returned as their system in support didn't have that info! It's been 21 days since I returned the product with no confimation of receipt by Antonline and very little help in the resolution process. It's too bad, too. The prices were some of the best...
